Can Alia or someone else become popular in Hollywood? - Page 2

People need to stop making Alia happen in Hollywood. If this movie of priyanka doesn't work, she will still be relevant for a couple of years. Heck if other not so famous hollywood stars can still be relevant then why can't PeeCee be.

But Alia will not even last there. PeeCee manages because she can and she don't need no Godfathers to make her stay relevant. Can't say the samething with Aloo

Tbh Alia's choice of flims are good but not her acting... She's too plain... her movie's subject are powerful and attract masses ... Therefore she's still so hyped ....

Also she's looks quite pampered by her family and then Kjo... .

There in Hollywood no one's gonna hold her lil pinky and guide her...

She really doesn't have PeeCee's spunk and wittiness...to sustain there

People act as if Hollywood is the holy grail and how Indian actors like Alia can't make it because they're not talented or not good looking enough. HW has enough bad and mediocre actors of their own. There are lots of ugly and plain looking lead actors too.

Luck and contacts are more important than anything else in any industry. There are many lead roles that are not about being hot and sexy or even about being majorly talented. If you're in the right place at the right time, anything can work out for you.

With that said, is anyone else really interested other than PC and Deepika? You would have to move to LA or NYC and make connections and attend a gazillion parties to meet people and go to auditions constantly.

I thought Nimrat Kaur is doing something in Hollywood. Or did I get this wrong?

Alia is liked as a performer no doubt, by almost all the "american
youtubers, so are lots of others.

But whether she would be successful in HW is the question

Given that she would have to audition and work hard since KJO has no power there, I'd say no. It's not even about the looks or talent or whatever. It's possible top overcome any weaknesses with that, but Alia has had it so easy she's incapable of struggling to make a name for herself.
