Zara taking khula from Kabir!!!

AAAHHH!!! This was probably the first Maha Episode that was connected the ongoing story... pre-cap shows Zara asking for khula from Kabir... I really hope this is a plan from Kabir and Zara's side...

Plus mean zeenat is back I think.. she went weak at her sister's tears again. She was all like if you all force Ruksar to take khula from kabir then I will take khula from Kashan. And Kashan is taking Zeenat and Ruksar's side... I was like WTH?? These girls have been trying to literally ruin your brother's life and he is just gonna ale their side. And he should have been the one to save Ruksar since her reaction to this house was made through his marriage with zeenat. And his brother goes and saves his sister in law to save the life of his wife and he is just gonna stand there and say that Ruksar is right.. I was disgusted...

Also I'm not Muslim... so don't knw much about khula... how does the process work?? Does the husband have to agree?? Should there be any specific reasons???

Kashan taking polygamy side i think he does have another wife, they might bring that track later.

Basically everyone in the house are opportunist. Our leads are pure soul, rest ammi is a mother so she is nice and friends are nice baaki sab apna kaam banta bhad mein jaye janta.

I am happy that zara is asking khula, now the track is obviously about to end, kabeer will find a way to nullify the marriage with rukhsaar.
I just hope its not a dream of anyone, plus peer sahab is sitting i am sure the end of the track is soon. No more rukhsaar screen space.

The best part of the episode was kabeer worried about zara's image with the youth. All this will positively make lead to him being qazi in the future.


Further even i want to know the process of khula, if any one can tell exactly.

This episode was so heartbreaking to watch but I kept watching it anyway. Rukhsar was annoying at her best and poor Zara was left broken. As we all had expected, Zeenat went back to her old self. A snake is always a snake you see. She is going to pay for it coz Rukhsar is wrong and she is going to be destroyed completely for her sickness. Kashan, I don't Know why this character is even existing. The one time when his opinion mattered ,he decided to support the evil sisters. Really want Zara to come back to her senses and fight back Rukhsar. Also leave the Ahmed assylum after her vengience coz she deserves so much better. I wonder Kabeer still thinks saving Rukhsar was a good idea😆 as I mentioned before a snake is always a snake!!

I think zara will not help him, he will help himself.

Where rukhsaar tried to come in between but kabeer was the one who made her stand and push her beside and then hugged her lovingly.
So i think its symbolic, kabeer will find his way out.

kabir decided to give rukhsar the right of been her wife and does all his duties of husband but when he will see her truth he will given her divorce she s a killer

I have always wondered why they have shown Rukhsar in Zara s dream, plus why is she still trying to come between them in dream as well

I'm muslim. Khula is just another type of divorce in which the wife wishes to divorce the husband. It happens in the same way as talaq but in this the boy is not obligated to give the girl her mahr she needs to forgo it and also as she is leaving him the husband can ask for a compensation.

Usually the process is that the wife puts forth the request of a khula in front of a religious committe they then call both the guy and girl. Listen to both sides of the story and as much as possible try to patch them up. If the girl is still adamant to divorce him she can go ahead and this type of divorce is not considered an actual divorce but it's the annulment of the marriage. The wife cannot go back to the husband unless they remarry with a new marriage contract.

But does she still need to go through the iddat period?? And can she remarry the same guy without marrying someone else?

I mean is a wife asks so in what time they both have to be separated?
