Same thing happened in Season 2 when Kairav was traumatized by Naira as she blamed him for Vansh's paralysis and he used to get severe anxiety seeing her but that time Kartik, Naira, Kairav and Akshu all moved to Mumbai where Naira and Kartik lived separately in the same apartment complex with Akshu and Kairav respectively and pretended that Naira and Akshu are in Udaipur. Kairav was getting counseling to deal with trauma and Kartik and Naira were still together. Goenkas had no idea about Kairav's trauma and assumed they are all living happily in Mumbai. That time, Kartik and Naira were in sync and Kairav quickly recovered as Naira eventually helped him. Here, Armaan could've bridged the gap between Abhira and Maira similarly but he and Poddar family both are the worst, most abusive family who can never trust Abhira. Abhira obviously loves Maira the most as she's her biological daughter, for who she has yearned for her whole life and did so much to bring to life. They have clearly shown how Abhira sang in her childbirth to give strength to Ruhi while Armaan ran away (Ruhi was also in distress because he didn't hide Akshara's diary), how Abhira was always helping Ruhi and taking care of her in her pregnancy, how Maira as a baby got kidnapped because of Armaan( his appointed nanny took her) and Vidya (she took her to the woods without telling anybody). Armaan married G2 who tried to kill Maira due to jealousy (how come Maira didn't get any trauma because of this?
Abhira is solely getting punished because she was always a doormat and never punished Armaan even though he always committed crimes after crimes. Even her taking in Vaani, was to atone for Armaan's mistake and get the real culprits punished. Abhira is too nice to be a FL, I don't know why they have made her so weak that she's always poor, struggling and so forgiving. Older heroines' pre-covid were much more fierce and were able to move on easily, even Anupama did, but Abhira is still stuck with the same family who at their core, are incredibly selfish. That's why she was always a mismatch for the Poddar family and Armaan. Shehzada's Armaan still had a conscience, but I have been hating Armaan ever since RoPo came only because his character is too ruthless and selfish. Can karma bite the Poddars' ass and make them perpetually poor and hated in society? God, The Shahs are way more remeedable than them!
