The khula has to be read in correct arabic. Kabir has to clearly state that he has left zara free. I don't think Zaabir khula will be done. But if they actually show a complete khula taking place then yes they will have to remarry.

Everything you said is true except this time they can't remarry this is the third and final talaq! If it goes through they are permanently devorced she will have to go on with her life get married and only if her marriage by chance fails or her husband dies then she may marry him just like anyone else who may approach her for marriage at that time. Unless they plan on showing them living separate lives with separate people this won't go through.

Unlike talaq Khula doesn't just happen by pronouncing it . It goes through judgment if the council finds her claims valid and there is no way of reconciliation they approve it and the husband is forced to let go. This usually happens when you have an abusive marriage. Regular talaq is done by the husband it's in his hands as he controls the marriage khula puts control in the woman's hands to find her way out if that makes sense but it's not automatic or instant it takes the personal problem into light where other people like shariah board have the control to approve or deny the request. If it goes through the woman forfeits her rites the husband isn't responsible for her in any way meaning she needs to pay him back

Haven't watched the episode yet but have seen precap
The story is simple, whatever Zara is saying is what she is feeling and it between her and kabir
But due to this Rukhsar's happiness will have no boundaries, she will be on cloud 9 as kabir cannot do anything to save his marriage with Zara, in this happiness she will do mistakes and leave hints for Zara or kabir or both
I am thinking this time they will show kabir getting this nikah nulled by proving iddah point or in her happiness to tease Zara she might say something to her as well
They brought Peer sahab back, he is the highest authority in the country, no one can defy his decision, and they want him to null this marriage
He can't be back to approve khula to the marriage he himself did
This khula track is for Rukhsar, not for Zara and kabir

Another thing to point out here is that Islam has many sects so the laws at times can differ slightly. The basic laws definitely remain the same but some specific ones I guess can be modified on a case to case basis, cultural basis and the demands of the current period of time, etc.
