Why do we always try put each movie into a particular box?

If the shape is round and the movie is a square..well..

It's a movie about modern friends that are discussing events in their lives. Doesn't need to be more than that and doesn't need a particular box to be contained into.

Enjoy it as a summer film about friendship.

well if there is criticism regarding the trailers and promos looking like forced showcase of drinking, cussing, smoking and girls also can have free sex, than it is a fair criticism.
Same way why Befikre was criticised heavily, that movie too looked like a forced portrayal of modern day couple. I loved that movie, but truth is truth.
Although I agree movie is nothing about feminism and so on. Just four girls having fun.
