All those are baseless rumours. Health wise he is perfectly all right or else the Maharashtrian government wouldn't have approved his practise license.

He is a professionally well reputed, experienced Surgeon. He almost has 21 years of experience in Vascular, Thoracic, and Cardiothoracic Vascular Surgery. He has affiliations with 11 hospitals in United States. In 2001, He obtained Board Certification in General Surgery. Being so highly qualified, he has been called from many hospitals in Mumbai, India, But he turned the offers down. In late 2012, the Maharashtra government registered him to practice in Maharashtra. After launching Madhuri Dixit's portal for her online dance acedamy, he will soon launch his own online health portal. He is also one of the angel investors GOQii, the gadget band along with his popular wife, this got evident at launch of the product in February, 2014.
