The department head is led by MBA graduates who have zero knowledge about art and cinema. All they think is economics, viability and budget. Any script or scene if submitted they need reference, where such scene or storyline have occurred before, in which movie and how was its reception ? They don't entertain any out of the box or something new and daring script. Even if anyone submits nice script, the honchos won't give any credit to the original writers forget about remuneration.
