my thoughts exactly. I actually was commenting on how Sanam and Rehaan are just not blood related but then I remembered what one of commenters on the first page said and that's when I realized that we totally missed Tanveer-Gaffur marriage

Neither Aahil nor Rehaan are blood related to Sanam and that's all that matters. I'm beginning to see cats all over the place now 🤣
