Rehan and sanan are cousins but theyre in no way related by blood. Haya and Rehaan are half siblings due to Imraan but Haya and Sanam are cousins because of Asad and Najma... so in no way is Sanam and Rehaan are related by blood so their jodi can be accepted. Moreover, dilshad is a very kind hearted and polite person. Zoya's father was Gaffur Ahmed Siddiqi and he ruined Dilshad's life yet she still accepted Zoya as her own. She also is very fond of Rehaan.

But i pick SaHil over Sanam and Rehaan any day.😛

cosins marriage is allowed but they arent cousins. haya and rehan are half-siblings. related by imran. haya and sanam are related due to asad and najma.

He is Tamatars step son n hayas half brother

How are Sanam n Rehaan related

Haya n Rehaan are half siblings

Even if sanam n rehaan are cousins they can get married

WOAH WOAH WAIT.

Since Tanveer and Gaffur got married, that means Rehaan and Zoya are step siblings. Sanam being Zoya's daughter means that she's Rehaan's niece (but not blood related)

This show is going to make me lose my mind with all these complicated relationships
