Hey ZaYantics,

I know I'm really late in updating the third chapter...so sorry about that and as I had told in the last chapter, the story will be pretty fast from now on because after this, there will probably be just 1 more chapter or max. 2 more and frankly, I had no idea how to put these 2 chapters together as I only had the 1^st two chapters in mind in the beginning and no idea of how to end the SS and probably bring ZaYa together! and even after thinking of some way, I was not able to put it to words.. I will not call it writer's block coz that term is for writers :P I felt like leaving this at 2 chapters...like an open ended TS but I did not want to cheat you all and myself by abandoning this. So this chapter and the next one would be born out of nowhere! So pls read with Zero Expectations... I don't want to leave you thoroughly disappointed!

Erm... enough of confession and ranting I guess! Here is the next chapter of Bin Tere

Chapter 3

Zain's phone rang with the screen displaying Fahad Bhai calling' zain's lips curved into a smile seeing his only support's name. he picked the call in anticipation of good news...like always. "Boliye Fahad Bhai" "Zain actually tumhe ek important kaam karna hoga" Zain wondered what it could be " ji" " tumhe Mother Theresa charitable trust ke school me jaake ek check dena hoga. Meri ek important meeting hai toh main nahi jaa paunga. Tum kar loge na?" "of course bhai" "thank u... khuda hafis"Zain remembered that it was a regular affair for his Dad. Every year, he would personally visit the school and interact with the kids. He planned to go to the dargah first and then to the school.

2 hours later,he had given the cheque to the headmistress and was roaming around the campus. He had neared the classrooms when he felt a familiar feeling... the one he feels each morning when he visits the dargah. His mind travelled back to the day when he had felt that for the first time. 3 months back! The day when he had lost his life, his wife, his Mallika-e-Zain, his Aliya!

He was beyond broken. He felt miserable. He had called aliya's phone but rizwan had picked it up then he called Barkat villa and found out that Aliya had not gone there and he scolded himself for even thinking about that! How could Aliya even enter BV? Did he not know how much of self-respect she has? But that thought broke him even more, if possible as he realized that he had lost all the ways towards her! She definitely would not have told anyone about where she was going. How was he to find her? How was he to reach her and bring her back into his life? That was when Aliya's words reverberated in his ears "der saver sabkoKhuda ke raah par chalna hi padta hai"

He drove to the Dargah... as fast as possible. He wanted to talk to the messenger of his maker. He wanted to ask him not for his Aliya but for the way to find her and the strength to surpass all the obstacle that would come in his way. He did the wudoo, exactly the way Aliya had taught him when they had gone there after confessing their love for each other. He made his way into the dargah and and sat on his knees and bought both his hands in front of his face and thought " hey Babaji, main nahin jaanta ki aapse madat kaise maanga jaata hai. Sirf itna jaanta hoon ki iss waqt aap hi mere madat kar sakte hai. Please Allah se kahiye ga ki main Aliya se bahut pyaar karta hoon. Main manta hoon ki aaj mujhse baht badi galti hui hai jiske liye main khud ko kabhi maaf nahin kar paunga lekin main Aliya ke bina jee nahi paunga. Request kijiye unse ki aliya jaha bhi ho, use salamat rakhe aur mujhe raasta dikhae. Main poori koshish karunga. Ek baar meri Aliya mujhe mil jaaye, uspe koi aanch nahi aane dunga. Use woh har khushi dunga joh woh deserve karti hai. Please meri madat kijiye" and he covered his face with his hands and then slowly opened his eyes.

As though his prayers were heard, he felt his Aliya near him! He could feel her presence. His heart screamed that she was somewhere near him. He ran outside and started looking for her. He looked out everywhere. In the dargah, outside, nearby, everywhere. But he could not find her. He finally stopped running and his eyes turned towards the sky. Main jaanta hoon ki aapne mera dua qubool kar liya hai. Abb main nahi jhukunga. Apni Aliya koh main dhoond karhi rahunga!

Since that day, he had been searching for Aliya everywhere. Every day morning, he would go to the dargah and pray for his father and his wife. Every day, he would feel his Aliya's presence when he was in the dargah... slowly, he convinced himself that it was his heart's sport. It would get excited by the hope that he will find Aliya and start feeling that she was near him.

Aayat had walked out the same day when she found out about what had happened to her Appi and the next day a phone call from Bhopal had cut off all the ties between the Abdullahs and the Haiders! He could clearly understand how pained his phoops was! Her brother was in coma and her daughter and nephew were blamed for that and mercilessly thrown out! He felt terrible! Like he had lost 3 more pillars of his life! They had not received any of his calls or responded to any ways in which they were tried to be contacted.

2 days after the accident,Usmaan saab was discharged and the police had reported that a technical problem had led to the accident and not anybody's plot. Fahad has spoken to the police and finished off all the formalities while all that Zain did was to give his Mother a disgusted look and go sit by his father. That mother of his whom he loved and infact still loves a lot but respected no more, especially not after what she did with his Aliya. Suraiyya was now getting nothing but cold disgusted glares from her dearest son! She was already burning in her own guilt and to add to it was zain's behavior. She was completely shattered and left all the responsibilities of the house for her bahus. She would just take care of her husband and pray for his quick recovery and Aliya's quick return and silently move away and see his son's heart wince in pain when he returned from office and spent time with his dad and curse herself for it!

Days were still better for Zain as the office work kept him engaged even though the memories of Aliya bringing him lunch and the incident when she had tried to fool him as Aliya bhatt and the very fact that she had designed his cabin would make him feel the void in his life, but evenings were full of pain and fear. Pain of seeing his darling lie lifelessly and fear about the fact that he had no answer if his dad woke up and asked him about his bhaanji. He feared he will not be able to meet his father's eyes! And nights were the real torture! Their Bhaad! That place where they shared every emotion from hatred to friendship to love! Every second reminded him of her! The room decorated in the Bhopali style, the dressing table with all her accessories, the wardrobe full of her clothes and his heart full of her memories! He hardly ever slept in these three months. Aliya's thoughts had not allowed him to.

But he had not allowed anyone to share his pain! His mother was non existantfor him while sisters-in-law made no real difference. Especially Shazia was no way going to even talk to him after he practically slapped her with his words when she tried to force Gauhar on him. He would let Fahad bhai hug him and try to suck his pain but zain knew that was never going to happen. He would just lay his head on fahad bhai's shoulder but not weep or speak a single word. Rizwan's condition was not that different from his own. Aayat had refused to even speak to him for no fault of his. The only difference between zain and rizwan was that Riz knew where his love was and that she was safe while zain did not even have that surety!

It was one month ago, the doctors had told that Usmaan saab was emotionally active. He could hear what was told. He could feel things around him and see things around him. He could comprehend everything but could not react. And it would be good if he is kept as happy as possible. That would aid his speedy recovery. That made things even more difficult for Zain! How could he keep him happy? Will he not search for his bhaanji, whom he loved like his daughter? What should he tell him? How should he convey to him that his son had allowed her to be thrown out of the house for no reason? How should he face his darling? "hum dad ko kuch nahi bata skate! But kuch bole bina bhi nahi reh sakte na Zain! Who shayad ise bayaan na kar paaye par sochte honge who ki Aliya kaha hai! Kyunki who jaante hai ki Aliya unse mile bina nahi reh sakti. Infact agar who humaare saath hoti toh who khud khayaal rakti dad ki... abb kya karenge zain?" Fahad had asked when he was sitting near the pool...just like his MKB used to do when she was upset or tensed.

He had walked up to his Dad's room, as though he was angry and held his dad's hand "samajhti kya hai woh Maamu ki bhaanji apne aap ko? Kehti hai main aapka khayal nahi rak paunga! Who akeli hai kya joh aapki khayaal rak sakti hai? Toh maine bhi keh diya..aaj se who aapki kamre me nahi aayegi! Aapka khayaal sirf main aur mom rakhenge" and looked up to his mother who was standing near the door. She knew what he meant. She immediately wiped the tears off her face and entered like the old suraiyya " ha usmaan saab...aap ka khayal sirf hum rakhenge" "bilkul mom! Dikhayenge hum uss maamu ki bhaanji ko"

Zain let out a sad chuckle remembering that day! That day, since when they had kept their dad under an illusion. Every otherday, he would speak of Aliya and his petty fights and add again that she was not allowed near his room...as if trying to explain her absence near him. But he always wondered till when this could happen. One day, his father would wake up... what would he say then? Not only had he let Aliya move away from his life but also lied to him! He would always tell all his fears to the maker by visiting the dargah each day. And he would always feel his aliya's presence around him.

But something was strange today! He was feeling his Aliya around him. In this school. His head turned towards that direction from where he felt his Aliya. As he walked towards a classroom, the bell rang and kids started running out of that class. As all the children moved away and he neared the door of the room, his heart started beating faster than ever and he found someone near the table. A slim lady in a white anarkali,her back facing him, her chocolate brown hair lay curled on her back. She was packing her things maybe. But suddenly she stiffened.

And the most obvious happened!😛😛
