Why is it that one week it comes out in trp n one week as tvm! Confusing stuff! So the tvm has not come out rite ? But trp is 1.6

What is this lazy way of giving trp's ...kabhi tvt toh kabhi trp. That means tvt has increased by 3000 pts ie 3400 for RR as then only does it give the trp of 1.6 .
