One more question, hoW came Jai did not recognise Bani even a bit when he saw her in the light of the diya as he had seen her in a candle light only, for the first time in his college guest house?

she has lost all the baby fat, which rounded her face then. now she has bone structure, which he noticed in part 1 or 2 itself!
second, when we know someone we tend only to see them, not look in their face for clues to other ppl's id.

last, deeping gloom is not quite the same as darkness, and few guttering candles, which i took great care to place BEHIND Bani in the chapel. The law of physics states that 1. with the light behind her , her face remains shadowed and 2. the person opposite her, jw, will have the light shining in his eyes, which renders whatever is in front of the him indistinct.

hope that clarifies.

and for the record, i am now tired of clarifying these details. If you get them in the ff Great. If you don't get them, Great.

JB scene was just perfect. Couldn't have imagined in any better way. Perfect timing. As far as P-P & Bani are concerned, I'd say it was poetic justice. I liked the way u evolved their angle. Bani showed so much of restraint and dignity with Pushkar. I simply adore her now.

Really appreciate your time and effort to give us this wonderful read.

I have a nasty feeling Pia and Roshni are going to gang up against Bani in some way..hope I am wrong...
Pushkar ka expression - hah! Can't wait for Pia's expression. 😃 But Maasi is definitely not going to like J&B openly "living in sin" in her house...let's see how Jai handles Bani's request for a separate room 😆

The arti scene was very special Armana, exquisite visual...I agree with one of the other posts above, u really should publish short stories...
