THE STORY SO FAR: The story starts with pammi,geet's so called mom saying her decision to geet that she is gonna get engaged in two days and it's her final decision..geet feels very helpless as father will never support her and her so called mom hates her always..she cries and cries not able to understand why her mom hates her,why she hates her single glimpse..she always listens and follows her orders but today she said to leave her dream actually it's her late daadi and bro's dream to see her as a doctor..she will be facing her final exams in ten days but her mom denied to complete her studies and declared her decision…geet finally gathers courage and asks her why she hates her..that's when pammi spit out the truth that she is not her mom and her mom is dead..she is just a burden for her,an unwanted living thing…geet breaks down completely but agrees to marry…
On the engagement day geet proclaims infront of her wicked mom and hostile sis sameera who are planning to ruin her life by getting her married to the man who have cancer...pammi keeps quiet as she have some plans in her mind which are yet to be revealed... that she'll complete her studies at any cost...
Maan,the one who is going to marry geet,who have cancer denies to marry her when daadi brought the proposal..she makes an agreement with pammi saying that she want her khandan to move forward with maan's children and she want a girl who accept maan along with reality and she offers the biggest project to pammi..pammi,the greedy women accepts it..maan however comes to know about her intentions and accepts to marry geet as he feels that it is better for geet to stay with daadi after him instead of living in that hell..he decides to give her all the love she deserves as long as he is alive…
Maan arrives handa haveli along with daadi for engagement ceremony and on the same day he overhears pammi and sameera's conversation in which they were saying that sam is gonna trap dev,maan's younger bro and marry him..so after maan dev will take charge over KM and sameera will be the princess…maan smirks as he have his own plans and keeps quiet at the moment…geet comes down like a lifeless soul. ..she wont pay attention to anyone..finally they were engaged and then geet hears maan's voice when he says to pammi that their wedding will be held after completion of geet's studies…geet is shocked and surprised to see maan there,her love whom she lost in the past…
In past:
Maan and geet meets at construction site and maan was impressed with geet due to an incident also he is attracted to her…days passes like that and maan is madly in love with geet and so geet but they never confessed…one day maan decides to propose her but geet didn't come to meet him..even from past two days she ignores him..maan is irritated and frustated with her behaviour..he finds her finally at pinky's place,his sis(not own)and aadi's wife…he says he cant leave without her and he loves her but geet pushes him and runs away with tears..maan gets hurt on his hand as he falls on glass tepoy..pinky meets geet and tries to know the reason behind her behaviour but geet denies to tell her anything but accepts that she loves maan and says she wants to stay away from him and it is safe for him…
Maan comes to know that vicky,the one who harassed her in college and killed her friend ajay threatened her to kill maan if she wont stay away from him..maan finally traps him and kills him but this all happened without geet's knowledge…she is busy in her grief and stopped thinking about anything in this world except maan…pinky comes to know that maan is suffering from chronic leukamia(cancer) and informs to maan..maan breaks down completely but he takes promise from pinky that she wont be telling about his disease to anyone..geet when busy in her world of melancholy received a call from college to take permission from princi as she failed to attend classes since few days..she comes to college and found something on notice board which shocked her to the hell..
