Geet

Beautiful, sensitive, charming, little emotional but also short temper. She never trusts anyone easily. She tries to find out about the person background and after that she decides whether that person is trustable or not. She finished her college in Mumbai and now she is a computer engineer. She had lots of friends she was nice with everyone but hates her dad and her step mom. She has a soft corner for her step brother and believes what ever years ago wasnt his fault. She has lots of pain and sorrows in her heart that she never shared with anyone because no one ever gained so much of her trust. She was looking for a person hom she can trust without and any fear of getting hurt...

Maan

<><><><><><><>

A really handsome, dashing, cute, and a really good hearted person. He trusts everyone easily but he is flirtious as well. He finished his college doing his software engineering and now he owns a big company in USA with good staff. He has his own house. His mom and dad were in USA too but they were too busy for their son. They have their own companies. He opened his own company to fulfill his own dreams since his parents least cared about it. He had lots of friends but he never felt like they were close enough to him that he can share his feelings. He always kept looking for that person whom he never found he felt lonely between others. Until now...

so, there's my first maan geet ff. I have written other's. but first shot at MG. For this ff, i would personally like to thank my dear friend wagma from RTW for thinking the concept and also writing a few scenes. love you dear and miss you a lot.. Hope i can keep up with this one and thnx roops, kate, sana and rakhi di for encouraging me while i was thinking on writing this. well, comment/criticize on this much. tell me how it is so i can continue.

sorry guys, i was gona post character sketch and type the first part on ud ryt now, but that will have to wait.

as much as i hate shopping, i have to go with mom to mall to get some stuff. 😭

Character Sketch and Their Backgrounds

Geet Handa

Yash Handa

Yash is Geet's Step-brother but considers her as her own sister and Geet treats him as her own brother. He cares for Geet a lot and hates it when his parents hurt Geet by their harsh words and their doings. He tries to stand up for Geet but Geet refuses his help.

Karan Handa

Geet's dad from the show itself. But his character changed after his first wife, Rano left them. Now, he doesn't hate Geet but doesn't like her either. He wants to buy her everything with money but that is not what Geet wants. He listens to everything his second wife, Priya asks for.

Rano Handa

The sweet wife of Karan and mother of Geet but due to her illness, she leaves her husbands house without telling them about her illness and protects her daughter from having to face the harsh reality. The thruth's are revealed later on in the story.

Priya Handa

The evil Step-mother and wants everything for her son Yash. But Yash never listens to her, and her evil plans. She managed to trap Karan but Geet is too smart for her and she hates Geet.

Friends of Geet:

Parineeta/ Pari

The chirpy, bubly friend of Geet. Always manages to bring a smile on her face with her talks and care for her a lot.

Meera

Geet's friend who understands Geet is not quite happy after her real mom left but never questions her about it and always ready to help Geet whenever she needs support or is in trouble.

THE KHURANA"S

Maan Singh Khurana

Jai Singh Khurana

Before his business was a succeess, his family and son meant a lot to him. After few years of living in US and gaining success, his son seemed to disappear to him and he kept running after more money without looking after his son's needs... He was now the biggest businessman in US but someone was above him. His son's office. Only because it worked on passion not on greed.

Aditi Khurana

The mother of Maan. She doesn't have time to spend with Maan when she is accompanying Jai and moving around with him.She loves maan and calls when she can but that seems to be once every 2-3 years.

Savitri Khurana (Daadi)

She understands Maan's pain and respects his opinion on following one's dreams. She is glad he refused Jai what Jai asked him to join his business. She visits Maan almost twice a month and prefers to live in India and not get carried away with luxuries. She knows Geet very well as Rano and Aditi used to be the bestest friends before she got carried away with greed.

Vicky *Maan's Closest friend*

He has been with Maan with college and knows just how to deal with him. He understands Maan doesn't like to talk about his mom and dad and he leaves it that way. He works with Maan in his office and has his friend circle and is an out- going guy. Fun to be around.
