Hey ppl this is my first ff on mehrya . hope u all like it . happy mothers day to all beautifull mothers in our forum and mothers of those who are in this forums .
chapter 1
Sleeping peacefully in her bed ,with a beautiful smile on her face , Mehek was dreaming about making HONEY TOAST , A japanese desert that she made on her senior chef order.
Mehek was standing in front of the table where head chef , sameer malhotra, her boss KD and one of her collegue ,rahul all were tasting her dish
Sameer-" mehek ,the texture is really good crusty outside due to toast and creemy inside due to butter and honey mix .well done "
Mehek smiled
KD-" I guess we should add this for trial in our desert section , should give it as complimentary intially then after seeing the response we will make it on cash . good job mehek its yummy ". he said while taking another bite .
Mehek smile widened hearing this and she looked at her friend rahul who showed her two thumbs up with his full teeth smile that made her giggle a bit.
She happily turns around and gets shock , but calories ka kya karoge miss Sharma ,sabko apni tarah banana hai ?said shaurya khanna with a smirk on his face .
A frightened mehek wakes from her dream that was sweet with a bitter end . she took a glass of water and gulped it in few second to calm down her breath. " ye shaurya khanna ka sapna kahan se aa gaya " said mehek .
" kya hai di sonne de na , tujhe Sunday ko bhi chain nahi said an irritated sleeping nehal who was tossing in the bed. Aur kiska sapna dekh rahi thi nehal asked . kisi ka nahi , tu so ja " said mehek while lying down . with closed eyes she was trying to decify one thing only ,why all of the sudden she saw him that too in her dream. Mehek prayered in sleep is sapne ko sapna hi rakhna hakiqat mat banana , please and again went into her sleep.
After a while mehek felt a hand on her hand and with recognizing the touch she made the owner of hand to sit on the bed and placed her head on her chachi's lap.
Mehek good morning chachi
Kanta- good morning nahi ladki teri bad morning ho jayegi
Mehek( with eyes still closed )- bad kyun
Kanta- beta jab office ke liye late ho jaye gi ,toh zaroor ho jayegina
Mehek-par aaj toh Sunday hai chachi aap bhul gayi
Kanta- nahi putar mujhe yaad hai , lekin tu bhool gayi ki aaj teri ek conference hai
Before chachi could say anything further , a worried mehek got up from her lap and said main late ho gayi kya , 9 baj gaye kya while she looked at the clock and realised that its still 8 am and with a smile turns to chachi , aap ne dara diya mujhe said mehek . chachi giggled and cupped her face , stated "agar darati nahi , toh tu uthti kaise , chal tyar ho ja "
Kanta got up . mehek holds her hand and stops her .chachi ask her what with her head ,mehek signals her to wait and brings a gift and happily sings " happy mothers day and hugs kanta .
"Di mere liye wait toh karleti " nehal voice came from behind and mehek and chachi breaks their hug . a miffed nehal shouts, mohit , dekh di ne akele hi gift de diya tayiji ko " . nehal sides mehek leaving mehek with a open mouth, chal di ab side ho ja , happy mothers day tayaji " saying that she hugged kanta . " tayiji paise beshak di ne diye hai, par choice meri hai . jab main job karungi na , toh khud design karke apko saree dungi nehal comments. Both mehek and kanta laughs .
"Ho gaya surprise ka satyanaash , tum ladkiyon ke pet main koi baat nahi pachti , hai na? complained mohit who just entered the room and hugged his mother from behind , happy mothers day maa. Seeing the nehal and mohit hugging kanta mehek too joined the hug cheerfully , main bhi and all three said in choras happy mothers day and laughed and broke the hug . acha di chachi ka gift kahan rakha hai " asked mohit . " wahan drawer main , par kyun said mehek . mohit pulled the gift out and looked at it and runned saying , ye main dunga .while kanta was standing and laughing nehal and mehek followed shouting at him to stop.
One of the best thing about Sunday is sleeping late in the morning ,I mean really late in the morning, which I love , since all other days of week ,I am working at my job place in FOOD CASTLE as assistant head chef looking over two sections desert and snacks but our boss lagta hai use Sunday ko sona pasand nahi hai ,thought mehek while driving her scooty to her work place . she stops at a signal and her eyes look at a hoarding which was advertising 2 season of ISK. Only one thing came in her mind SHAURYA KHANNA . the sound of horn from a car brought her back from her thought and she starts her scooty . its been nine months since the finale party of ISK , where that shaurya khanna asked her sorry and appreciated her work . she never expected this from him. that was the second last time she saw him . last time was when he drop nehal at home after he saved her from an accident . she will always be thankful to him for that. A smile came on her face . after realizing that she is smiling remembering that kadoos , she scolded herself, pagal ho gayi hai kya , woh uski zindagi ka ek hi achaa kaam tha , itna smile mat kar thought mehek . she reached food castle, parked her scooty and went inside.
She entered the room , her friend rahul , head chef sameer and other 10 people were present in the room already and since KD her boss was still not present she was happy that she is not late. She stood by rahul and started talking and then the boss came and started the meeting . it was about opening of a new merged Indian germany restaurant project . the news were there in the market that a german food franchise is interested in opening a restaurant with an Indian hotelier , for which they have approached few top Indian hotelier brands and wanted to select one for which they have arranged a party today afternoon and have invited many delhi food hotelier . he explained how important this project is and how profit the company will get if they got the deal. He wanted few people to join him for party and along with sameer sir, ashima ma'am , vinod sir he named me .
While all others were getting ready for going I was standing at my place with nervousness and the I felt a tap on my shoulder ,it was rahul.
" kya baat hai , tera toh Sunday ban gaya . chal ja party attend kar said rahul. " Shut up rahul,said an annoyed mehek ." mere kapde dekh kisi halat se party wale nahi lagte plus tu bhi nahi hai wahan kya karungi main . sameer sir and KD sir wahan busy honge and ashima ma'am and vinod sir administrative parts handle karenge . I will be alone mehek continued . "mehek, lets go ashima calld mehek and she joined them leaving a laughing rahul.
They reach the venue in half an hour and heads towards the entrance and reached their table and got settle down then suddenly mehek realized that she left her phone in car . she excused her self to get her phone and while coming back she got busy in reading some messages from nehal and mohit about their evening outdoor get together for mothers day . she was so engrossed in the phone that she didn't saw a waiter coming from left side carring a trolley was about to collide with her. A load voice watch out came from behind and she looked up and saw the waiter and with in fraction of second , in way of stepping back she twisted her foot and was about to fall back in fear of which she closed her eyes ,being unable to balance and ready to fall , but she felt two strong arms on her waist , scaring she opened her eyes and her eyes widened and she blurt " tum " her morning night mare was holding her and was staring at her face with a bit of surprise and after two seconds his lips stated,"mehek Sharma , miss trp" .
his lip turn into a smirk with his hold on my waist getting tighter . on feeling his tight hold on my waist I immediately tried to get up but looks like he was still in la la land .when he was not loosing his grip on my efforts even, I asked him sternly " leave me".on which he made a straight face and made me stand . looks like ,tumhari girne ki aadat nahi gayi " he taunted me .
I looked in his eyes for two seconds which were on me ,only said "thank you and turn to leave and walked straight towards my table and realized that every single person in room was looking at me . on reaching my table I drank a full glass of water .my collogue asked me whether I m okay. I assured them with a smile ."lagta hai shuarya khanna is also competing for this " stated KD. I looked up to my boss and then without any thinking looked in the direction of his sight and saw shaurya khanna staring at me with a smirk on his face.
