The episode begins with Rajni taking care of Varun, her son, whom she had slapped . Rajni and Varun discuss their plotting n planning to fool Anupama. How they did drama to take over Purvi Chhaya chawl by fooling Anupama n chawl residents .

Rajni secretly has intentions to deal with Parag , her old sweetheart. She wants to fool Anupama to convince chawl residents to song the NOC to give Chawl for rebuilding . Rajni wants to enjoy power, politics and Paisa and wants to make their (Rajni and Varun) entire lives in luxury . She advises him to fake friendship with Prem n win his confidence. He is ready to do anything except marry her choice . Rajni argues he should not dream of love , he better marry for his benefit. Rajni plots to propose Bharti Varun marriage to win hearts of Chawl residents.

Jaspreet pulls Bharti’s legs as she notices Bharti has liking for Varun.

Chawl residents are grateful to Anupama for all she did for Chawl, Anupama states every Chawl women has contributed .

At Kothari mansion Moti baa n Oarag lash out at Prem for cooking at someone’s home n bringing shame to this khandaan, he did accident n caused band name to family. He married this girl against their wishes. he never took interest in his dad’s business but danced to the tunes of his MIL Anupama. Moti baa lashes out at Rahi for taking part in fashion show without asking Moti baa, for leaving the city n going off to Mumbai with out informing. Mahi adds more fuel to the fire . Prem explains himself for a while but gives up as Kotharis refuses to understand him.

In their room Rahi is disappointed with the way Kotharis have failed to accept her as bahu, despite their completing one year of marriage. Both Prem Rahi feel like Kota sikka for this family . Rahi and Prem share their sadness with each other but refuse to give up trying.

Rajni and Varun reach Anupama’s house n fake that he begs her for forgiveness. Anupama trusts Rajni but not her son. Rajni asks Anupama to let Varun live with them in the chawl to experience how chawl people live their daily lives. Anupama does not trust Varun n is hesitant. Sarita Tayi is very happy with Rajni ji and welcomes her idea. She offers her flat room with attached bathroom for Varun. Rajni wants him t9 live like others and not in luxury . Sarita and Anupama then get ready to accommodate Varun. Bharti is teased by Jassi over her fondness for Varun. Sarita also fakes her interest for Chawl girls as bahu.

Secretly Varun and Rajni plot how to win the hearts of Chawl residents n make them agree to give up their Purvi Chaya Chawl to builders, and earn so much wealth, so that they can live luxuriously for the rest of their lives.

At Kothari mansion Khyati is grateful to Rajni ji for helping Prem free himself from hit n run case and rightly implicated her own Son Varun. She wants to thank Rajni n asks Parag to connect him to her , Parag is hesitant n makes excuses to skirt the issue.

Gautam senses there is some connection between Parag n Rajni n vouches to get to the bottom of the issue.

Anupama gets a phone call from director for hiring Pari and Ishaani for their Ad fil shooting . Anupama is very happy n wholeheartedly agrees.

Rajni pleads Anupama to give her signature on the legal document that hands chawl to builders. Rajni assures the residents will be rewarded handsomely. Anupama is hesitant, she is dissuaded against trusting Rajni by Rahi, Prem, Kinjal, Jassi and Pari. Finally she gives in to Rajni’s emotional blackmailing n hands the document.
