Its been last 45 min of this conference where this german guy is talking about his venture of merging his first project in india . how he wants to introduce german food and want to fuse with Indian and create a food hub like never before , his plan , his project frame and on ,and on ,and on, which from my sources I already knew but what I don't get is why after every four to five minutes I m glancing at miss Sharma .well I must admit this girl still have the audacity to ignore me .shaurya " called rajiv whose voice grab my attention . "hmm I replied. "Where you are lost yaar ".rajiv looked in the direction where my eyes were few second before . "woh mehek hai na I looked in the same direction of his. " Yes I said with a smirk. "Waise agar late nahi hote toh tumhari favourite mehek Sharma ki dhamakedar entry miss nahi karte ". matlab asked a confused rajiv. Nothing I replied with a mocking smile and looked at miss Sharma who was trying her level best to grasp what that man in his german accent was saying .

The conference ended after 1 hour . now the german clients were personally meeting all the food groups. After getting aquint with three group they came on my table. me and rajiv stood up to greet them . he extended his hand for a hand shake "hellooo shauryaa , so please to meet you , I have heard a lot about you from mr gambhir . said mr Abelard ,a man in his early forties , head of german team .responsing his hand shake pleasure is all mine ,mr Abelard. Looking forward to work with you I replied with a smile . " quite a confidence ,I must say said a lady in black cocktail dress with a witty smile on her face . well when you have it, you know it , ma'am. I replied judging her flirty eyes .

"Call me Georgia,please. She replied . I smiled in response . "meet my business partner mr rajiv kapoor they exchange their pleasantries and after 5 min chatting headed towards next group that was of KD along with miss Sharma . miss trp was bit nervous I could judge from her moments but I must say she managed well , smiling well while shaking her hand with the german and was taking attention by the young nefin quite smilingly . I notice how the other from germans headed toward next group except mr nerdy nefin ,who was still busy in chatting with mehek . saw her laughing on his some silly joke . well I guess I need to join the laughing roit. "Excuse me " I said to rajiv and head towards mehek table " kahan ja raha hai I heard rajiv from behind . when I was some ten feets away fro them I heard nefin asking mehek whose back was facing me , beautiful girl , beautiful name mehek. BTW what it means " taking that compliment with a smile , mehek was about to relpy.

"It means aroma " I said and stood next to miss Sharma who looks at me with surprise . we kept staring at each other till nefin said , well the meaning is very beautiful . seems like you know each other . " not really . just happens to know each other " mehek answered without looking at me . " well, excuse me , I should join my team , it was nice meeting you all. He greeted all and left. Till that time rajiv came and stood beside me.l looks like tumhari intrude karne ki aadat nahi gayi ,shaurya kd commented. " Well its called smartness knowing your competitor I answered . looking at the situation rajiv thought of cooling it down . he started talking to her favorite mehek Sharma , hi mehek , how r u " .

Mehek I m good rajiv sir , aap kaise hai .

Rajiv- I m doing well, aur family main sab kaise hai

Mehek- everyone is good sir thankyou for asking .

Rajiv- seems you are doing very well in your job.

Sameer- ofcourse , mehek is very talented and hardworking employee , in just few month of job no one gets promoted from a junior chef to assistant head chef. ( he said wide pride looking at mehek )

KD- well mehek is definitely an asset for ours .

Rajiv well there is no doubt in that ( he smiled)

Mehek was feeling weird with everyone out praising her. She just stood their with a artificial smile on her face . well then you all should be very protective for her. looks like miss Sharma is very valuable for you kd . mehek looks at me strange on that comment . might someone could steal her a said looking at miss Sharma keenly. I found her feel of scareness in her eyes andi kinda like it. I smirked on that thought and she lowered her eyes but then founding some effort s she said to KD , sir chale . KD who was giving me some killing looks nods his head and ask his team to proceed while KD glare at me while crossing me but my eyes were on miss Sharma only who wished rajiv a gud bye and silently followed her bosses and started walking toward to exit. Rajiv who was standing few steps apart stood next to me . " teri problem kya hai why you always make things tense hah . complained rajiv . because I hate boredom and ab miss trp ke saath let me have some fun " I replied and winked at rajiv . "lets go. I said wearing my glasses and heads towards exit while rajiv nods his head and followed me.

While I was driving my car , rajiv was continuously blaberring about this german venture project. His talks were about our food stratergies and about selecting our best chef team and on our food presentation . I was tentatively listening to him , my partial attention was on his plan and partial on the driving . suddenly he said something out from topic waise agar mehek hamari team main hoti toh , it would have been great " I immediately applied the breaks . seriously rajiv , come on man " I said irritatingly and then again started the car . rajiv who was amazed at my reaction commented " why not, she is really good in her work , she is talented , innovative and quite experimental. With her fast promotion its clear she hard working and fruitful for her job , I don't get why you are so against her working with us , after ISC when I suggested you that we should hire miss Sharma in our restaurant , I remember how against you were for that . why shaurya . getting annoyed from his questions I asked him, tell me why you are so keen to hire her, kahin miss chandni chownk par dil toh nahi aa gaya . "shut up shaurya replied a firm rajiv. " I m married man yaar and about to have a kid , I m fond of mehek because of her talent and her kind and humble nature , I m not like you who tries to see fault in everything remember how easily she forgive you and came to ISK finale. But I guess you will never see her goodness " rajiv continued angrily . I was equally annoyed after rajiv outburst . " you wanted to know why I dislike mehek Sharma , the same qualities that you admire her goodness , her so called humbleness with everyone . her emotional exhibit . her every inch seems fake. I agree that she is talented when it comes to cooking but "I took a pause before saying my next thought while I was remembering something that rajiv cuts me .only you in this whole world thinks like that " I looked at rajiv who taunted me on my opinion on miss Sharma . totally frustrated from our discussion I stated , please rajiv can we talk about some thing alse " he agreed and started laying out his stratergies while my thought were stuck on my words I was about to say about miss Sharma to rajiv , some thing that I hate to admit .

In the evening I reached my home only to found my nanz and maa sitting on the couch of hall with sulked up faces . I reached then and kissed their cheeks and wished both good evening. But no one replied . I was surprised . " nanz , maa kya hua why are you not answering . getting no response I know what I have to do , okay I going back to office then " I acted and turn to leave . "dekh le karuna , ise toh kuch bhi yaad nahi mothers day ke baarein main ". I smiled at my nanz comment . thought to play with them a little more. I turned and with an apologetic face said sorry maa, sorry nanz , I completely forget about it " and hugged both of them at same time and wished them " happy mothers day . maa broke the hug and stood few steps apart while I sat with my nanz and was ready to watch her melodrama " bas kar shaurie , tu bas interviews main kehta hai ki meri maa hi mere liye saab kuch hai but mothers day hi bhool jata hai " I could feel hurt in her voice and I immediately got up and hugged her from behind , agar aap mere liye saab se zada important nahi hoti toh ye aapke liye kyun lata " I said bringing a set of jewellery in front of her .i turned her and place it in her hand " happy mothers day maa, I love you the most " and hugged her again . she came out the hug and said " badmaash toh bhool ne ka natak kyun kar raha tha she pulled my ears play fully . " natak nahi karta toh apki ye tv seriel ke dukhyari maa ki acting kaise dekhta "I questioned her laughingly . we all three laughed together . "sirf maa ke liye , nanz ke liye kuch nahi " said a fake sulk up nanz . " apko kaise bhool sakta hoon beautifull " I brought an other set of jewellery and gifted my nanz and she thanked me with a kiss. Chalo aaj main apke liye dinner banata hoon I said getting up from couch .phir se iska tortures healthy tasteless dish khani padegi . the three of us laughed together on that

It was night time I just finished my call with my manager and noticed some of the notification on my phone . it was from fb .i smile came on my face . MS , my online friend posted a happy mothers day on her page.i thought to chat with her.

KK- hi , itni raat ko yaad aaya mother day par post karna.( I teased her)

MS wishes time , place nahi dekhti bas feelings dekhti hai .

KK- OK miss philosopher . how was your day.

MS - it was fine . kuch acha hua aur kuch ajib bhi.

KK- acha kya tha

MS pehla I celebrated mothers day with my family and second, today we got a new project to work on. Thodi nervous hoon but thrilled bhi hoon to work on it . new learnings, new experiments I m looking forward to work on it.

KK - That good ajib kya hua.

MS- Ajib bhi, bura bhi . I met someone after a long time and mujhe pehle se hi iske signs mil rahe the . its weird na.

Shaurya remembered his encounter with mehek

KK-was meeting that person pleasant .

MS- Bilkul nahi infact I wish who mujhe kabhi na dikhe

KK-seems like a guy , tumhara koi ex hai kya.

MS - ji nahi . uski girlfriend, never . koi unlucky ladki hi hogi bechari , jo use chakar main padegi .

KK- Seems like u hate him.

MS hate toh nahi but I definitely don't like his nature and attitude.

KK- hmm lagta hai sirf uske nature aur attitude ko dislike karti ho , not the guy.( i said with a liitle laugh)

MS Tum mujhe tease karte raho , I m going . good night.

With that MS went offline . I smiled on her getting miffed. I kept my phone on the table and closed my eyes . while I was trying my best to sleep . I remembered the scene when mehek was in my arms. My eyes opened at that instant . I got up from my bed and went to balcony and I remember the time I went to mehek's home to drop nehal whom I saved when she was about to commit suicide after failing in love . we lied to her family that she met with an accident and when I was leaving I came to know from her dadaji that she was getting engaged the very next day . I looked at mehek but she was busy in looking after her sister's bruises . I waited for mehek to see me once but she didn't . I walked out from her house. The way I felt on that day is the same I felt today after seeing her. I came in my room and with the idea of distracting my self I switch on the radio . the song playing was the same song that played in my car radio while I was returning from meheks home on that day.

I stoped the music with full frustration went to my bed and sat on its side . "shaurya u have a big project ahead you , focus on that after two weeks we have the final presentation for germans. That's your priority . with that thought I closed my eyes with aim of sleeping .
