Thats the job of the parliament and the courts! my job would be to bring out the truth! and make sure that people were served justice according to the rule of the law!

Tapasya is a criminal doing harm to the society and is worthy of punishment for all her crimes...this is what I have been saying as well. btw Parliamnet n courts are not machines...they are ppl with high intelligence n knowlege to safe guard the interests of the society, N if I,m not wrong there is no objection 2 anyone wanting to become members of Parliament N courts provided they are armoured with sound knowledge n ofcourse having no criminal records..

And whilst we are on the subject of the law I might add Lamboo ji that quoting ur second section...attempt to murder is what SID would be charged with as he had disengaged the pistol! TAPU would be charged with CONSPIRACY to commit murder...which would be much more difficult to prove considering that tapu can use many defences here...and her sentence would be greatly reduced...max to about 3 years!

There is NO WAY at least in a non-corrupt legal system like Australia's that any alleged crime can be taken to court without satisfying BOTH the mens rea principle and the actus reus principal! So look please dont teach law I have been studying it for years now! This is the very basic two things that need to be satisfied b4 it can be called a crime! She said a few things and he shot himself! NNow when she HAD no intention of making him shoot himself there where does the crime come from?

I pity on you. This is the recent Supreme Court ruling. ""In order to convict a person under Section 306 IPC, there has to be a clear mens rea (intention) to commit the offence, It also requires an active act or direct act which led the deceased to commit suicide seeing no option and this act must have been intended to push the deceased into such a position that he committed suicide," _Justice Bhandari.

No if you say Tappu was not provoking Vansh by her taunt than what on the earth the meaning of provokation??? I can pity on you. Nothing more.
