Dance Ranis Came, Danced, Disappeared

I really didn’t like the whole Dance Ranis track. The entire time I was just thinking, when are these people going to leave? And when they finally did, I didn’t even realise it had happened that’s how pointless it felt. She didn’t even say bye. Lol they asked her to come with them. She dragged it by answering and then was like bye lol

This is a recurring problem is that Anupamaa enters people’s lives, befriends them across class lines, fixes all their problems, and then just… dumps them and moves on.

The domestic abuse track at Vasundhara’s house lasted barely three episodes, and then Anupamaa leaves like, “My work here is done” it honestly felt ridiculous lol

What makes it worse is Vasundhara’s characterisation. She doesn’t care at all about her own daughter being abused by her husband, but suddenly becomes fiercely protective of her niece. She stands up for her, yet still keeps Gautam in the house. The hypocrisy is unbelievable and completely inconsistent.
