To my good eyes😳, its fraud n deception absolutely, n tht marriage is null n void, n fraud n decption are punishable offences in any court of law all over the world. Law across the world is there to uphold humanity n good morality.

yes i agree if this reached court the marriage would be declared nullified if veer wanted however this would implicate ichha also because she gave tapu permission to go down in tht mandap and in the eyes of the law emotional blackmail is not a punishable offence! so both ichtap would face charges! Which I doubt veer would want!

By the way, Law is no great science, which an ordinary human with normal intelligence cannot understand. Law is based on the simple prinicipals of truth, logic and evidence.

mostly...but there are many loopholes! law doesnt just make punishable whatever the society deems immoral!😊 actaully if it was like that why wud I need to waste 4 years in completing a Bachelor of Law?😆

Darling i,m discussing abt Tapasya...we can discuss abt Ichcha & Veer later..Tapasya is a culprit tht's the bottom line. BTW showing FAULTS IN Ichcha does not wash away the crimes n sins of Tapasya.

this topic is based on the LEGAL side of it! even im discussing tapasya purely frm a legal professional's POV!

Darling, Law survives to punish fraud n deception n preserve the good, plzz dont tell me law promotes fraud n deception, bcoz of loop holes, I guess if I were a lawyer, I wud work hard to close those loop holes n bring MORE honour n glory to my Profession

shivani ji I know the rules of law! law serves to punish those who do harm to society YES and nor does it promote fraud and deception but law is fair and unbiased...unlike some people! and as a laawyer u cannot close loopholes in the law! Thats the job of the parliament and the courts! my job would be to bring out the truth! and make sure that people were served justice according to the rule of the law!
