lambooo ji if u knew me u definitely wouldnt say that! I am the first one to fight for truth and justice! But I follow the rule of law! In the case of the marriage fraud I am simply stating that according tothe law BOTH girls are at fault and would recieve a penalty of the same degree of harshness! For the murder attempt I would definitely not seek to exonerate her! but I would make sure justice is served by making sure all facts and figures come out and she is charged with the right crime! And in the suicide case, again following the rule of law I know that there is no case simply because I know she had absolutely no intention to induce harm on him! I thought that was clear by the look on her face as he shot himself! This is from a purely lawyer POV! no bias!

No, it is the most famous jail after Tihar....Kasab is lodged there...it is time Tappu baba should be immediately transferred there. Otherwise many more lives would be lost in her hand....like Sid....that IPS officer who is supposed to investigate and bring out the truth and even Veer....this criminal woman will not hesitate to kill everybody whoever proves a threat to her...she will not spare even her hubby and parents who love her so much...because she believes in the instinct of survival of fittest....so what that means become a means of fraud, deceit and crime.

TAPU would be charged with CONSPIRACY to commit murder...which would be much more difficult to prove considering that tapu can use many defences here...and her sentence would be greatly reduced...max to about 3 years!

I will be even happier if she is sentenced to one day only. That will prove that she is a criminal. and that is what we want....she is a criminal...plain and simple

if she had an instinct to kill then she would not have been so horrified at Vansh's death!!! Hell she wouldve snatched the gun and pulled the trigger herself! WHY didnt she? U make weird claims!😡

Haha...that is why I say you are so ignorant of Indian legal system. Remember Arundhati Roy..she was sentenced to one day in prison....Kalyan Singh was in jail for one day....these acts are to emphasize that you are a criminal...no matter if you are jailed for one day or life time...because an innocent person does not go to jail by conviction.

well i wouldnt know about those cases ji becuse I live in Australia and I follow the legal system from here! But frankly most laws would be the same generally! At least the two things needed to make a case...mens rea and actus reus are the same as is the difference between conspiracy and attempt and the fraud laws! as well as the others ive mentioned!😊

You do not have to be Ram Jehamalini or Harish Salve to conclude that Tappu has a criminal mind and her acts are criminal acts by even the liberal point of view.
1. I know she cannot be booked under Attempt to Murder. But certainly she can be booked and tried being a conspirator to murder somebody. A criminal act punishable by law.
2. If you so strongly argue that she has not abetted his suicide certainly her acts come under homicide, not amounting to murder. Again a criminal act, punishable by law.
3. Befauding the marriage. Again an act punishable by law.

So do not try to justify that she is an innocent person...an does not have any intention of doing crimes.

Remember when she cried on the bed after Ichha was hospitalised. She promised to herself. "Buri tarah phans gaye hum." And perhaps for the first and only time she prayed to God, "Is bar bacha lo hamey, phir aise galti nahin karenge hum" And when she was let off the hook by Ichha the victim what did she do? Sensing an opportunity to ruin her life she played every conspiracy to perfection to ensure that she get married her to an addict. And... oh my God..I even feel shame to say this....she clarified Jogi "Papa hamey biswas karo....is shaadi ke barey mein humein kuch nahi maloom" to which Jogi told aptly, " Beti yeh biswas karne ki nahin hey, yeh kisi ki zindegi ki sawal hein".

So if you say that these are not the acts of a criminal mind so what else could be? And if you are defending by saying that she is not a criminal or criminal bent of mind, I must say that you will be the best lawyer around to defend criminals and criminal minds.

Ji I have never said that tapu is innocent and that she has not done any wrong! All I intended to do in this post...once I saw it was regarding the LEGAL SYSTEM and how it terms tapu's deeds then why r u getting soo serious? We are talking about the law right? not bhagvan and tapu talking to papa! now urs and mine definition of criminal mind is different! for me..as long as she didnt walk away from vansh's body with a satisfied smile then I dont see her with an evil or criminal mind! ur first and third points are correct but second point is not! she did not do anything she KNEW would induce his suicide! if u will read this link.....http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justifiable_homicide .........u will see that due to many reasons what happened with vansh would not be homicide punishable by law! in fact she can use the self defence principal and get off quite easily!

Oh, yes..after finding the entire truth and evidence at its disposal it is upto the Police under which section she should be booked. After that criminals like Tappu Baba will turn to you to defend her....because you seem to be the best in business of defending criminals like her...because you love beautiful face and if a criminal has a beautiful expression, beautiful smile, beautiful eyes all her crimes can be washed away!!! Certainly by that account Tappu Baba's crimes can easily be washed away.

I did not know apart being in the legal profession you have mastered in the art of psychology and psychiatric too. You see the expression in Tappu's face after the murder as horrified as she did not expect him to shoot himself by her act. But we see (and most of us do) her expression is "Oh my God! How do I save myself from law after this stupid act of Vansh".

And by the way destruction of evidence and suppression of facts is a crime under the Indian law. So the criminal activity of Tappu baba is just getting bigger and bigger......
