I am amazed that some people in this forum are shouting from rooftop that Tappu Baba has not committed any crime according to the Indian laws. and she is innocent of the death of Vansh. Here is a crash course for them.

Section
306. Abetment of suicide

"If any person commits suicide, whoever abets the commission of such suicide, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine."

Section 307. Attempt to murder

"Whoever does any act with such intention or knowledge, and under such circumstances that, if he by that act caused death, he would be guilty or murder, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine, and is hurt is caused to any person by such act, the offender shall be liable either to 1[imprisonment for life], or to such punishment as is hereinbefore mentioned."

So the debate should stop here whether Tappu is accused of both these crimes. She is without any doubt. If anyone thinks she is not either (s)he is blissfully aware of the law or is trying to defend the indefensible.

Thanx Shivani. It was a little irritating and frustrating to see some people who claim to be students of law and go on dishing out crap in the name of law. It is hightime some lessons needed to be taught to these law students to freshen up their memory.

Yup, what Taps did is DEFINITELY considered a crime in the eyes of the law and she surely should be punished and sent to jail. Unfortunately in some recent articles there have been mentions of Taps being revealed but not sent to jail and instead claiming to be pregnant🤢

That is a tragedy. If somebody is found to be a factor in suicide, (s)he should be booked immediately and a detailed investigation conducted. Hope this IPS officer track does this. If the CVs will mess it up, they will create another band of enemy....that of questioning of the professionalism of police. Now they are caught in their own trap....if they fail to expose Tappu this time they will give the message that even a rank of IPS officer is incapable of solving this simplest murder (or abatement of suicide) mystery. It will also confirm the love of CVs towards their dearest Tappu Baba.

I thank you very much on their behalf for imparting this knowledge je, it was very much needed...it was indeed very irritating..n ridiculous to see them claim to be related to Law studies when they hardly knew what they were talking about..

Sorry to tell u this lambooo ji but abettment of suicide comes tab naa when the person has a mens rea which means the INTENTION to induce suicide! There is NO WAY at least in a non-corrupt legal system like Australia's that any alleged crime can be taken to court without satisfying BOTH the mens rea principle and the actus reus principal! So look please dont teach law I have been studying it for years now! This is the very basic two things that need to be satisfied b4 it can be called a crime! She said a few things and he shot himself! NNow when she HAD no intention of making him shoot himself there where does the crime come from?
