PHOENIX THE RETURN OF "501
The dawn was not so great. It had the effects of the pathos.
The hospital called Chakor. Rati was gaining consciousness.
With heavy heart RagKor along with the boys went. The boys wanted to come.
The doctor asked them to meet her.
The poor girl was completely in bandages... she could not speak aloud
Tears were rolling down. Di...di.. kya hua di...di... how will I run... what will happen to my brother...
Rati everything will be fine.. don't worry, Chakor held her tears and said. Nai didi kuch nahi hoga... I cannot run, walk I am like a vegetable now... I am unable to move my feet... Why di..di... what harm did I do to anyone? Why god has punished me.. she cried gasping for breath.. I don't want to live.. please di di tell dr to let me die... she cried..
Chakor held her hands allowed her to cry..
The boys walked in ... hugged her very softly.. Ar...Aa deko thera didi ko kya hua.. woh dhod naipayee. Sab katham ho gaya she cried.
AR wiped her tears... No di di.. don't give up... you are a strong didi.. its ok didi if you don't run this marathon you will run again for sure. NOOO she became hysterical.. I cannot walk, run.. please kill me she shouted.
Chakor hugged her, no Rati... you will not loose... you will not fall prey. We will find out and nab those who did this to you. I promise I will not leave them...But di..di... Raaghav walked in.. He said Rati I know it is very difficult. I will tell your mom and ask her to come here. She said please don't tell my mom or bro, she will get worried and she cannot leave my bro too. Please give me poison and kill me I donot want to be a burden for anyone.
Raaghav got angry, why should you have poison, you have to live, I promise I will make that fellow who did this to you to drink the poison. Calm yourself I know it is terrible but I will ensure you get fine soon. Yes didi said Aa please don't cry... he wiped her tears. We will be with you and then you can come stay with us. Haan naa ma!! She hugged him and cried... Ar said, didi a very good Tennis Player Monica Seles was also stabbed she could not play her matches but she did not deter, she came back and won the title later, so you will also run back, donot accept defeat he said. Raaghav was so proud of Ar. Rati smiled between tears. She thanked him. But didi did you see the person or remember the car? No she said
Thinking, Chakor walked. A special nurse was appointed for Rati to look after her round the clock and one of the Mansion staff manju was made to be with Rati during the day.

It was noon Chakor called Rathod and briefed him about Rati. He was shocked and upset he said she is a very good runner. She said she wanted to meet him in person. He asked her to come that evening.
RagKor and the boys were all in the Plantation..

Raaghav I donot know if I can run and even if I, I cannot run in the same category with Neha as she comes between 25 to 35 years and I come under 35 45 years category and the registrations would have been closed too. It is difficult to practice within just one month.
Hmmm. Is there any option.. Yes she said unless the catergory is changed to 25 to 45 which is done but at a special discretion only. But it is difficult and am not sure if I can leave the girls and boys... I don't know...after being a mother...

Let me first speak to Rathod and also the Marathoning office. She was very confused. The plantation employees whose wives were babysitting the girls came as Shyam Laal had told them about the situation.
They came and said Madam... We don't know much but we know that Raaghav bhaiya and you are now going to face some difficulties. You don't worry, till you both get out of the problem let our wives be there with the bitiyaas. Please donot worry. We are with you they said. She teared and thanked them for their understanding and help.
Raaghav asked Govind to escort the boys home. On the way the boys picked Lalit and Rohan and went to Mansion. Govind was speaking with the boys.

Chakor went and met Rathod and the Marathoning officials who said it was difficult to include her name and also the registrations were closed.
Hira Laal was very happy that Rati is out of the race and so the win will be with Neha. He asked Neha to practice well though they were sure she will be the winner.
Chakor put forth the case and requested still they could not help. Rathod being the advisor did not say anything though he had special powers.
Chakor was very upset and was returning home. She called Raaghav and told him. Aisa kaiso ho saktha he said... Don't they know this is done by the Laal's ..he fumed.

It was in the evening... Chakor and Raaghav visited Rati in the hospital.
Didi, Manju said you are planning to run, no didi don't do it for my sake they may try to harm you also she cried. Chakor said, I don't worry about that as I am used to it but the problem is I cannot register as it is closed. I know I will be harmed but with Raaghav with me nothing can come near me. Rati was shocked knowingly you want to get into the fire she asked. Yes! came Raaghav your didi is not ordinary she is the phoenix who will rise from ashes too.
Chakor was very very quiet..they both drove back.. He stopped in the middle.
Maidam where is your form he asked... she gave it.. Raaghav, you will not do anything harsh going to the Marathon office. He said trust me I will not. He kissed her forehead dropped her at the Mansion and drove past.

He drove to Rathod's house...He was staying in Shimla till the Marathon. The Marathoning officials were there. He spoke to them, told them the situation of Rati and also that Laal is playing dirty. The officials were in no mood to listen and also said laal is very clean and they will not accept. Raaghv got a call from Govind. He smiled listening to it. Good Govind, thank the boy he said.
He told Rathod... Saab you are in a very high position and you have the powers to do it, but you don't want to do. Chakor is willing to take the risk to bring the ugly truth of sponsorship and we need to bring justice to Rati he said. The officials were annoyed and was angry at Raaghav. Raaghav lost his cool. He said do you know this young girl is fighting for her life, she was injured not because of an accident it is a preplanned incident and you all know about the sponsorship but you are scared, spineless and a lady wants to get into this you all donot want to support. Have you also taken kickbacks from the Laals, he raged.
Turning to Rathod he said, Saab when you were in power you did a wrong thing when things were right. Yes you imposed ban on Chakor on drug accusation while she was innocent. Her career was cut short and she had to take a voluntary retirement. But now, things are ugly, you know very well but still you are not ready to clean the system, you are not ready to support the one who is risking her life and also her family to fight this parasite. Wah!! great saab you can change the category into special but you don't want to, you can accept Chakor on special request but you don't want to. You fear as the sponsor will not spare you. But if we don't destroy the parasite there will be many more Ratis at large. But you don't worry or bother as you are not affected. There are no Rati's in your family. You are talking too much said the officials while Rathod indeed felt guilty.
I am not, and I am not educated like you all. All I know is that there is wrong happening ... Just think.. why don't you try to repent for your mistake you did early. Make good the bad you did to Chakor. Let her run I am sure the sponsors will have their spine chill. But you will not. I thought you were a straight person who would help the one whose career you jeopardized. You forgot she was ready to give away her life to save this country, sacrificed her love to save a village but you don't want to take any risk for the society. Thank you sir, you all be happy, safe... he said disgustingly. But, I will not spare those as they have harmed an innocent life, they tried to harm my SON, chodengey nahi he said, Namaste he turned to leave.
Raaghav ...called Rathod, give the papers to me!! Let Chakor prepare for the Marathon! Let 501 get back to tracks...
Raaghva's eyes were in tears, he ran to Rathod caught his hands, Thank you Saab, Thank you... He hugged him with happiness. I will take care said Rathod, but be careful. Thank you Bajrangbali he said. Raaghav, he called, Not only you look like Suraj Rajvanshi but your voice and you think like him too. Chakor is lucky, he said. No Saab, I am lucky to get her, he folded his hands and thanked him. He thought to himself yes sir, my voice is also like Suraj Babu, that's why I donot call her as Chakor, she will be only my Maidam.
Sir...the officials said, but laal, Rathod just signed to stop them. Yes infact because of that ban on her, she lost her celebrity status which was saving her village, her life. 501 returns to tracks, Chakor is returning to Marathoning!!!!!
No No No how can this be, How is it even possible. Call the officials, call Rathod, Hira Laal fumed banging all the things in his office. Kedar called Rathod
What are you doing??? He asked.
Rathod was very calm he said he is doing what he has to do. Since there are not enough number of entries in the 25 35 category as a special amendment he has integrated 25 35 with 35 45 so participants of age group between 25 and 45 will run together. Yes, due to low in numbers he has used his special powers to add few more entries. And, he said to Laal, why are you concerned, I know you are the sponsor of the event but have you sponsored anyone in particular? He asked. Laal kept silent and said no no I was just generally asking as we would approach the winner for advertisement after the race.

The boys were very happy, Chakor had to mentally and physically prepare herself, while she as a coach has trained she has not yet sprinted long. It's going to be hell difficult for her.
She was indeed worried but the thought of Rati made her determined.
Lalit and Rohan had been visiting the Mansion regularly. Lalit would never look at Chakor in her eyes, but that day when Chakor was in her gym he was watching her. Realising, she called him, Lalit why are you hiding yourself, I am not angry on you she said. He asked Mam can you please tell me what was about the shoe why was I made to carry only Ar shoes. Chakor told him briefly and he was very shocked. He tried to harm Ar too but Aa did not tell about it to Ar. He said maybe if I had a mum I would also have been good like Aa and Ar. Chakor realized only then that Lalit had lost his mom, she hugged him you are also like my son she said. He hugged her. Thanks mam. I shall go play with Ar and Aa he said.

It was the first day of practice, Raaghav had turned one part of the plantation into ready for Chakor to sprint. It had a 200 meters track.
Raaghav told the boys and also Girija, Shyaam and Raamu Kaka how they have to support and take care of the schedules. He checked with the gynae too who was skeptical and said, she may have initial difficulty but she can get through and knowing Chakor she will come through, but Raaghav, watch out as it's long since she ran. She advised to have a physio too. There were only men physio in Shimla and Chakor outrightly refused saying she will manage her fitness regime. Raaghav was also happy as Budda did not want any guy to hold his birdie even professionally!!!!
Raaghav had made few changes to the gym on the advice of the gynae and the cardio who would visit Chakor regularly. He fixed a bath attached to the gym and tried to be with her during the workouts.

The exercise regime for marathoning was very very hectic. Many a times she would palpitate on the treadmill, tears would ebb when the strong hands would coax her giving her the energy drink.
She has not yet started to sprint on the tracks as she wanted to take a week before setting her feet on the tracks.
One day she had soreness and pain all over her body as the time was short and she had to gear up to run 42 Kms a full marathon. She worked out more than her usual hours.
She was too tired... Raaghav walked in.. are you ok? he asked sitting beside her. Gave her the energy drink. Hmm she smiled but bit tiring, she went into his chest, resting her head, he held her shoulders when she winced in pain. Tears ebbed, it is strenuous Raaghav but ok she said... he removed her gym shoes, carried her to the bathroom.. I can't bathe Raaghav as the shower will pain my soreness more she said.
Looking into her eyes, he locked the bath room, switched on the lights when her eyes glow bright. There was a Jacuzzi bath tub in their newly built huge bathroom... When did you do this magic she asked with her eyes wide... He smiled... He removed her tracks, made her lie down on the mat, kneeling beside her very slowly applied aroma oils with his fingertips carefully massaging her shoulders, back, spine her whole body. He massaged her thighs, legs, intertwining his fingers with her toes, giving her acupressure in her feet. It was soothing for her, the oil was indeed glowing on her beautiful well-toned body now, he did kiss her once or twice on her lips and eyes very soothingly to ease her soreness saying you look so beautiful, she did shy but her Masseur was so into his work that love was in him but lust was not. The music, the aroma oils and the massage was making her dizzy... She looked into his eyes, how do you know to do this, I learnt for my eagle he said, she smiled closing her eyes. He lifted her with utmost care and placed her in the pressure and heat moderated Jacuzzi. The tub jets helped to relax her muscles, while the buoyancy of the water relieved pressure on her joints. It relaxed her soreness. She drifted into sleep. He sat beside the tub looked at her with a smile...it was 30 minutes when he lifted her dried her wrapped a robe around her and carried her to the resting bed.
It was indeed strenuous but with him beside the eagle was all set to soar high.

It was past one week, she had indeed warmed up fine and wanted to time her first sprint with 200 mts. She was at the tracks... The boys, girls, Lalit, Rohan, Girija, Shyaam, and Rati came from the hospital in the wheel chair . She was to place her feet on the tracks...

The devil was at his house lawn, discussing how to hamper Chakor as they were very very scared about her. They cannot reach out to her as asking her to be their ambassador as she is the owner of the best tea plantation. She cannot be threatened too as they knew about her, she cannot be even touched as the Lion was there which would roar and tear them into pieces. Hira Laal was fuming. He asked Neha to concentrate and sprint well. He asked his guys to get the sample of the New Brand tea that they have prepared to Launch with Neha once she wins the marathon stating that was the best which gave her the stamina and energy!!!
The tea was brought... Kept on the table...

Chakor readied herself... Thought about her Daak baba, wore the socks, Raaghav and Ar were at the finish line with the stop watch while Aa and Rohan were at the Markers. She searched for the sneakers, her special shoes... Where are my shoes, walked in Lalit with her shoes, holding it so preciously to his chest. Please mam I will take care of your shoes he said, he wanted to be sure, careful that there is no illgame played with her shoes. He checked, rechecked every part of her shoes... She smiled, the little boy teared... she kissed on his forehead, yes Lalit you will bring my shoes she said. She wore the shoes stood on the marks... Girija gave her the wrap with 501 on it.
Aa shouted ON YOUR MARKS SET... she stumbled, felt so emotional, GO... She could not set her foot...all were shocked, mumma run, mam, didi, Maidam no she could not... she was tearing, looking at Raaghav ...
He ran to Girija held her shoulders, CHAKORIA, BITIA THUM KARSAKATH HAI, DHOD, TEZ SE CHAKORIA.. GIRIJA SHOUTED SO EMOTIONALLY... MAAAI...SHE CRIED LOUD. THAT CHAKORIA BROUGHT HER ALL HER MEMORIES... SHE SET HER FIRST FOOT TO SPRINT.
She sprinted, with her hands straight like the razor, cutting through the air, with eyes straight on the finish line yes Raaghav I will bring that evil behind bars.. I will ..she ran.. ran, Chak...or Chak..or, Chak...or shouted the boys, Shyam Laal, and Rati... he stood watching her run, calm quiet...standing at the finish line, switched off the timer, with eyes on her, she was close to the finish line, crossing. Lifted her face up hands wide she came running falling into his arms. Panting, smiling, You did it! You did it! he said hugging her, Haan we did it Raaghav!!She asked... Raa..ghav.. timing?? your best he said, she indeed felt dizzy, he carried her into her arms to the Matador van which was converted into a simple vanity van been placed near her tracks. He carried her to it... A birdie was watching all this... It flew...

Hira Laal lifted the tea to drink, it was windy... flew the birdie with full force, gliding low and hit the tea cup spilling the hot tea down... he dropped the cup which broke into pieces. The birdie soared high high
501 is back to tracks, the birdie turned into the eagle to soar high..

Raaghav she woke up sweating profusely, panting, Maidam what happened, they they she panted...
Lets go to hospital they drove they called the hospital no response...
