Kiara Advani gives a peek into festive preparations, dedicates Christmas tree to daughter Saraayah

Kiara Advani is embracing her first Christmas as a mother. On Instagram, the actress shared a close-up of a cup of hot beverage, with a beautifully decorated Christmas tree visible in the background. While the contents of the cup were not revealed, the picture captured a cosy winter afternoon moment for the new mom.

The Christmas tree, adorned with festive decorations, was dedicated to their daughter Saraayah. Kiara captioned the post, “Best time of the year," followed by a heart emoji, giving fans a peek into their family celebration.

The couple has a tradition of celebrating Christmas with enthusiasm. Last year, they shared pictures from their celebrations, posting a joint message that read, “Merry Christmas from us to you." The images captured Kiara and Sidharth hugging, highlighting their bond. Kiara looked stylish in a black bobby-printed dress with glam makeup, bold red lipstick, red nail polish, stud earrings, and open hair. Sidharth paired a casual T-shirt with black denim pants, smiling brightly.

Kiara and Sidharth tied the knot in 2023 and welcomed their daughter Saraayah Malhotra in July 2025. Speaking about their daughter in an earlier interaction with Mojo Story, Sidharth explained the meaning behind her name. “Saraayah is a Hebrew name meaning ‘God’s Princess,' with Arabic origins meaning ‘princess’ or ‘noble shelter,'” he said.

The actor also reflected on fatherhood, sharing his daily routine with Saraayah. “Waking up with her stretching. Life has definitely changed for the better ever since I became a girl dad. She’s in her best phase right now. I have never lost so many arguments to someone who can’t speak. I realised that I am no longer the hero of the house; she’s the superstar," Sidharth said.

He further praised motherhood, saying, “Men always talk about courage, grit and strength. But women demonstrate all those when they become mothers. I saw her go through hormonal and physical changes during pregnancy, and then become the superhero that she is today. I am contributing in the little ways I can by changing diapers, clicking photos, and keeping a happy environment."
