Palaash Muchhal visits Premanand ji Maharaj amid reports of CHEATING on Smriti Mandhana, HIDES face with mask

Music composer Palash Muchhal and cricketer Smriti Mandhana had planned to get married on November 23, but the ceremony came to an abrupt standstill when Smriti’s father suddenly fell ill that very day. In an unexpected turn of events, Palash also ended up being admitted to the hospital soon after, reportedly due to viral symptoms and acidity-related discomfort. As if the postponement wasn’t enough, online chatter intensified when screenshots of Palash’s alleged flirty messages with a woman named Mary D’Costa spread rapidly across social media, igniting rumours of infidelity.

Amid the noise, Palash was quietly seen at Premanand Maharaj’s ashram in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. He kept his face covered with a mask and sat anonymously among the devotees, listening attentively and greeting the spiritual leader with folded hands. While neither he nor Smriti has addressed the ongoing speculation, attention recently shifted to fresh claims that the couple had fixed a new wedding date. When asked about it, Smriti’s brother Shravan responded to Hindustan Times saying, "I have no idea about these rumours. As of now, it (the wedding) is still postponed."

Palash made his first appearance in public on December 1, accompanied by his family, dressed entirely in black as he exited an airport terminal. He didn’t comment when approached by photographers, only acknowledging them with a nod. Meanwhile, social media remains abuzz with additional names being dragged into the controversy, including choreographers Nandika Dwivedi and Gulnaaz, both of whom rejected the circulating allegations and labelled them completely unfounded.

Following the postponement, Smriti removed every wedding-related post from her profile, even deleting the proposal video shot at the DY Patil Stadium. Palash, however, has kept all his photos and moments with Smriti visible on his account.
