I'm not sure whether I should go hide or dare to make a res here. Haven't read yet but I know it will be marvelous if the reactions are anything to go by. Please forgive all the time I might take to unres...life at my end is as chaotic as possible. Hope you're doing great in the meantime.

Whoa! What was that?

I'm still feeling dizzy & lil incoherent! Untamed it was!

So finally Sanskaar expressed his feelings which was so obvious since their childhood! He confessed he loves her! And though Swara couldn't, actually Sanskaar didn't let her, but it's crystal clear as well that she loves him and Swara made it clear as well or should I say her kiss which finally undone THE Sanskaar!

Bt I'm more confused now! After reading the last part of chapter 2, I thought maybe Swara expressed her feelings but Sanskaar rejected thinking about her future and then bcoz of something (maybe Swara's alliance?), Swara did something which led them marrying each other!

Bt now I'm confused! Sanskaar confessed & he knows Swara's feelings as well. Then what happened in future?

Ummm, I have some guesses about upcoming happenings, though don't know how much I'm right! Lets see!

Bt Ragini giving me some serious negative vibes! Specially the fact that she is present somewhere near & can see SwaSan!!!

Plz update the next part soon Lucky! Can't wait to read further!

Firstly, hello after so many days! I know I have been MIA for way too long but as you probably saw from my recent OS, things have been somewhat difficult and hence I have stayed rather absent both from the forum and from writing. I'm gradually weaning myself back in and I'm currently crawling along at tortoise pace in writing a chapter myself. However I realise that I had entirely missed the start of this tale during my absence and as my guilty pleasure for today, I have devoured the entire three chapters all at once.

It will probably not come as any surprise to you that I am a total G Greco-Roman mythology freak and the story of Persephone and Hades was always on my list of childhood favourites. There was so much in that tale that appeared to me and still does. I remember having a well thumbed and trusted (rather thick) volume of Greek mythological stories and I had read this one multiple times. What always used to strike me even at that age, rather than the usual feelings that Persephone's plight and Demeter's anguish at her daughter's separation would evoke, was the rather understated but blazing feelings of Hades that always used to jump out of the pages at me. The dark King of the underworld who found his heart pierced by love, paradoxically to a maiden who embodied everything bright and light and happy and carefree-in short, all he yearned for and had never had and trapped in his underwear universe, felt he never could.

I must stop babbling as I had resolved that I would make a make an apology for what will unfortunately have to be a much less detailed comment then you know I like to give, especially for your work. However I would say that I was very quickly caught up in your spinning of this very imaginative adaptation of the old saga. As ever, you quickly transported me into a space where I could FEEL all the nuances that I am sure you would want the reader to experience. You already know that you have a mastery in effectively and powerfully conveying Sanskaar and Swara and their unshakeable and unbreakable bond and a blazing passion that always flares into life between them. From the start, I felt that you maintained that undercurrent of impending pathos that has to be an integral part of a tale like this.

I really like how you have adapted the story to move away from what one might expect to be a kidnapping drama and have instead focused upon the very palpable conflict that arises because of self perception, self-doubts and the main characters caging themselves in an underworld of their own making. The background has been ably flashed out and now the tale has really started to come into its own and I very much look forward to reading what happens next. That powerfully passionate moment at the end was SO effective, kudos to you.

Once again, I know this is not nearly sufficient in terms of a comment that this deserves but I hope I have able I hope I have been able to convey some of the appreciation that I feel. Hope to catch you soon and massive thanks also leaving me such a lovely comment on Choice. Have missed you loads and love always,

And I am finally back to unres - at least in the same month that you have updated(I really need to kick myself for the delays in unres😡😡)

Chapter 3 - I am not sure who is the untamed one here- you focused on Sanskaar but the vibes were all of Swara - she is the one who is relentless in her pursuit of her love with full support from her brother.

Sujoy is quite right - Sanskaar should simply give himself a chance to love and be loved. And the chance he takes leads to him confessing his love for Swara though he does not allow her to say the words.

But tell me one thing, the words he says in the end, "You will ruin me one day..." quite ominous, right? They would lead to the incident which would cause him to marry her and that moment on their wedding night when she admits that she "tricked" him.

A very beautiful ''untamed' chapter - with an wild Swara attempting to un-tame Sanskaar - surely a song of fire and ice (my favourite imagery of Swara and Sanskaar❤️) [did you know that technically a convergence of fire and ice would result in steam and flooding - which metaphorically speaking is what is happening in your story - a steamy kiss that follows by ... the rest of the story]
