Aahil's ego is wounded. That's the lvel his love is at now. I would say Sanam feels deeper,beyond ego.She never blamed him for not rescuing her or playing house with her twin.

In the case of Aahil and Sanam that is what has happened. The premise of their relationship at the on set was forged in ego and misunderstandings. Then eventually they rose above all that and started to understand each other, and appreciate each other. However, the deep seated insecurities remained. Especially for Aahil. This was the first time he let a women into his life. Let anyone outside his inner circle close. So any betrayal would be a HUGE deal for someone like him! That is what has happened now. He tried to resist thinking the worst, but now he has been confronted with what seems like irrevocable facts. Sanam is nowhere to be found. She is gone, her phone is switched off. A dupatta was hanging at the foot of the window. To add to that, she has been sleeping in a separate room for weeks. Just when he thought their relationship was about to reach the next level. HE confessed love, she didn't! She has been keeping him at arms length and in general didn't seem to be as "Into" him as she was before? ALL this adds up to show a picture very unflattering to Sanam! We cant just say "He didn't trust her enough, so he doesn't love her!" There are degrees of love. This is the best that Aahil can do right now. Is it good enough? NO! It remains to be seen how he comes back from this? Especially now that he has a "Con wife" to deal with as well?

Sanam - Well her faith in her God, her love and Aahil is strong. But she has also failed to identify the many insecurities that still linger in the man that she loves so dearly. She didn't know how important it was for her to leave EVERYTHING and run to Aahil. Even her love is not prefect. She is naive in her love and she thinks that just blind faith in her will keep Aahil from misunderstanding her. Little does she know the dark forces at play in that house. Actually she DOES know what Tanveer is like! However, she overestimates her influence on Aahil, given the influence Tanveer has on him. She knows that Tanveer is very good at manipulating Aahil. She somehow believes that because Aahil went against Tanveer and confessed his love to her, that this means that she can trust Aahil to just wait and watch until she returns with NO explanation regarding her absence from the wedding! Is this good enough? NO. Once again, remains to be seen how she will deal with the reality of this "Replacement Sanam" that has been brought in to take her place.

Seher - She loves Rehan, but does she understand the depth of love and depth of commitment needed to fulfill this love? WILL she still want to be with Rehan when she finds out who's son he is? Remains to be seen how deep is HER love?

Rehan - Yes he is in love. He was angry when he found out he was being played. He reacted as expected. Then he had time to cool off, and he realised that he cant forget her. He really does want to be with her, and she is "Qubool Hai" to him with ALL her faults and all her shortcomings. So now he wants to find her to give their love and their relationship another chance. Yes this one is the real deal. But how will he react when he finds out that the "Sanam" he thought he was interacting with all these weeks, is actually Seher? Remains to be seen? How much does Mr Qureshi understand our Con girl?

RAHAFA - Sick story and I want it to end! They are a shame to the name of Love!

In my opinion everyone in this story are in love. But they are at varying degrees and in varying positions on the "Love spectrum". Some are more elevated than others. But sometimes love does hurt, but TRUE love is above all that. True love means you can be in love and stay in love and it no longer hurts, because you know your love and you accept them for who he / she is, and you trust them implicitly. No need to "Prove" your love daily! THAT is true love!
