exactly! Its man nature that their ego is always big. And its nature of Sanam to forgive every one and be kind. But Ahil is not that. Nor it suits his personality. He always had trust issues from the beginning and he never recovered from it. Though Sanam did initiate the recovery of trust issues problem but it got weaken during Aaher track. He never got over from the trust issues. Once the trust is firm no one would be able to break their relation.

Nobody in the world is perfect... Nor love happens only between two perfect souls... IMO-at the level of soul we are all perfect and love from that level wouldn't hurt, it heals.There's no imperfect soul IMO.

Everyone has some deficiencies n love is about accepting all the deficiencies along with a person's qualities... It depends on the lover ... How much forgiving is he/she... Love comes with a forgiving nature n i may be a fool to beleive in the forgiving nature of love ... If love wasnot forgiving or flexible then it would hv been impossible for ppl with different set of minds to live with each other...

I think Mandy explained in her post abt True love and that was my reference point on love here.I'm not talking abt the loops people jump thr' to reach that stage, just THAT STAGE.

More than anything, love means trust and that's what's lacking in the characters.

I think its love for the show n the couples which is still holding many of us here.. To the show n to the couple...

Seeing them in pain brings pain to us ...i think its love.. -Not really for me at this stage in this show.Their pain is stupidly self-inflicted and i don't feel their pain.I moan the amount of time i invested in this show.

Anybody who comes between them pinches us. I think its love...

No matter hard we try to let go of a certain thing n we arent sble to. It could not be anything else but love- It's attachment. That makes us cling.If it's love, we should be able to let it go.

For me (a woman with 3 kids and a 17yrs. marriage...I know married too young, you guys must be thinking what would she know about love 😆) ...anyways love for me has a huge element of acceptance on the part of both partners...but to do that we need to understand and simply KNOW each other really well so in times of adversity you still don't question the love you have for each other although other things/people in life happens!

In Q2 the only one (for me) that fits that category is Sanam...Sanam seems to completely love Ahil. Her mistake is that she believed that he loves her just like she loves him...

Mandy, I'm sure we all know that Sanam's lack of urgency in going back is very stupid indeed, but it still can be more easily explainable (Seher has still not told her how things were at IM with Tanveer out to get her in any way she could, let alone how she had given the wrong impression about her love for Ahil)... than Ahil's lack of concern for Sanam missing and unreachable, after mutiple death attempts on her in about a week...
Even with Seher's behaviour, Ahil still has a whole three months of living with Sanam to not give too much leverage to the past week in comparison...He know how much she has done for him despite his behaviour towards her...so IF he loves her, he would be CONCERNED for her now...not think the worst...Even if he believes that she left him at the alter...he knows that she has nowhere to go, and no money of her own and she would probably once again go back to another lame a__ job,... that he still owes her that Dhabaa he burned down...Here Ahil is thinking about himselves first and foremost...

Actually Ahil DID have that kind of love for her prior to the swap, but the cvs have ruined it for the sake of drama...the audiance is supposed to just forget all that and belive he does not understand Sanam as a person and lacks faith in her love for him...Now the love he had for Sanam is portrayed like his devotion to Tanveer...Like he was in awe because she helped him out of his dark past that haunted him constantly...Not because he understands and accepts Sanam like she did with him...

Sehan, does not even know eacth other at all so there is no point in even talking about them with regards to understanding and accepting each other...

Yes i agree with that ... Whatever mandy said... N that pure love doesnot hurt ... Nor does it make ppl's life miserable... N they r at this stage where they r making their journey towards that pure love form...

Now that depends on each n every individual how he/she perceives love... Everybody has different perceptiond of love... Whats live fr me wont be probably love fr many n vuce versa... Love is more of like a personal beleif... N every body deciphers it in his/her own way...

About ur last line ...it was beautiful... That true love means letting it go... Personally i truly beleive that love doesnot mean u hv to get married to the other person inorder to accomplish ur love.. I hv a really strange definition of love n ihv had really nice n lengthy arguments... A love can be accomplished even without getting the person... I beleuve in a selfless kind of love ...like the one Shahid had for kareena in jab we met... Thats my kind of love... U love someone.. U r concerned only about his/her happiness ... Not that u should be eith him/her...

Like he was so content with his life even without her cz he knew she was happy somewhere with her love... I absolutely adored thiz kind of feeling

@simran ... I m so loving this discussion... I always like arguing n discussing about love... Yes we're on the sane pg regarding selfless love... But here i can also argue that Aahil's live was selfless too... Remember how he fell for her... They shared only a bond of hate but how he rushed to save her.. The way he rescued her n then he took care of her... His life changed when she hugged him... He was "touched" rather i would say "his soul was touched for the first time" he felt some connection... He felt something n he went on to give it a chance... Thinking that the feeling was mutual ... But then he realized that she dint share similar feelings... He could not handle it ... For the first time in his life he had felt this way about someone n she Did not feel a bit ... He was angered n went on for the nikah with nida only after making sure that she was witnessing... He thought he would make her jealous but in the process he himself started burning and feel mire deeply for her... That dargaah episode was a beautiful one .. He was changing ... Unintentionally... N after rescuing again n after an almost confession ( because that was bursting i side him he cannot hold it more) he realuzed he was engaged to somebody else... After fighting with himself he came to the conclusion that he cant marry nida he has to tell sanam about his feelings... Thats the only way... He went to confess n saw her hugging his brother ... So now there can be arguments that how can he think that she was in love bt for a person like him he beleived that she loved someone else n he just gave up... He dint become the junnoni ashiq that he wants to get her at any cost... The way he kept her taweez in his wallet ... The way he accepted defeat "i hate that i love u so much " n kind of shut her out... That was pure selfless love too... He wanted her happiness... So he thought to let her go... Its another thing that after the marriage when Sanam came into the picture.. Sanam's love for him grew stronger

I agree about Aahil. His is the ego-centric selfish kinda attachment.he has a long way to go before he can love Sanam like the way Dilsahd loved Rashid.

Sanam- i've not been watching the show and i don't know what's shown after her escape. She nver blamed Aahil and accepted him with all his faults, even when he was a self-confessed murderer.

Aahil was there as you say when he supported her against aami and later even seeing Sunheri with Rehan etc.But as we were crying since the swap, Aahil's love has been so diluted,there'll hardly be any trace of it after his return to Jalad jin track.🤢

My issue is in this PH portraying the journey of love as something strewn with thorns and other obstacles and making the travellers so weary that they look ugly as they near the destination.

I don't know how Sanam's love is gonna be ruined once they start showing her.

Sehan- they are just attracted to each other.

REahn- ATM is more like Sanam. Accepting,trusting and ready to risk his heart.Soon might flip.

Sehar -will have to see how she feels after knowing his connection to Tannu.

Actually I have a very 'practical' kind of out look towards love that seem more boring than the drama they are hell bent on showing with regards to Sahil in the coming track,...but I kind of always relate better to those that show the deep understanding and acceptance kind of stories...This is why I liked Sahil (before the swap track) way better than Arshi from IPKKND...

With regards to Sehan...I really don't know what to make of this...the most that can be said IMO is attraction as you said...
I actually feel that what he felt for Sanam was more closer to love and how he got over it just like that and fell in love with Sunerhri, her look alike is...I don't know...let's just say "unconvincing"???
And now the cvs have just brushed it all under the rug and although some of us are happy to let it go I still can't connect to Sehan story. Even now, for me, although Rehan is ready to accept Sunehri knowing that she was thief,...even though it looks like he has reached that higher level of acceptance and understanding with regards to love,...the fact that he had that past with Sanam and as he believes she is obviously not for him...it still looks like he is settling for the second best kind of thing...
I don't really know what I'm blabbering here with regards to Rehan, but cvs have not build up their story at all and Sanam equation makes it difficult for me to connect with Sehan...


And I get what you mean with what the cvs are currently showing with regards to Sahil and their journey...I really don't think they have even thought about Sahil and what they have already shown with regards to them, since they started with the swap track...
Now they are just jumbling and scrambling things up with new twists and turns for dramatic effect and what comes out is a garbled mess that makes no sense what so ever...
