Skin care product to remove pigmentation marks?

Hi Ladies, I am getting married this November. For last couple of months, I have been observing black marks on my hands. My dermatologist says its pigmentation because of high sun exposure. I have started using sunscreen on hands and also wear gloves while going out. But can you suggest something nice to remove the pigmentation marks from my hands. I don't want to swallow pills.

I will try this cream as suggested by you. Thanks. Also, will applying coconut milk help as its supposed to clear acne scars and pigmentation blemishes. Please let me know if you know anything about it?
