The episode begins with Rahi being blasted by Vasundhara over her infertility issue, for hiding facts from the family, for trying to delay her motherhood.
Khyati tries to fight Moti baa . Prem shuts up Moti baa and supports Rahi.
Vasundhara tries to influence Prem to go against Rahi but he retorts back to Moti baa saying Rahi supported him n gave up her own family. Now he will support her , even if Rahi could not give his a child .
Anil and Khyati are so happy to hear this from Prem. Gautam wants Prem Rahi to have rifts and never produce heir so that his Pranshi did not have to share the inheritance with too many siblings.
Anupama is worrying about her missing Food carnival application. Mahi and Ansh suspect it’s Prem’s handiwork but Anupama does not want to believe this. Digvijay assures he will try to speak to the organisers.
They all then get busy with preparations for Baa Babuji’s surprise wedding g anniversary party . Unknown to them Both Baa n Babuji remember this date n they have secretly brought gifts for eachother .
At Kothari mansion Moti vaa does not miss any chance to taunt n humiliate Rahi for her infertility issues. Pari tries to defend Rahu and so do prem and Khyati. Pari wa ts to visit Shaha house for the celebrations . Moti baa refuses to let her go n bad mouths Shah family . Prem defies Moti baa and asks Pari to be allowed to visit her maika as it’s a special day for them.. great grand parents’ anniversary. Prem notices Rahi too yearned to go but did not say it .
At Shah house the occupants gather for grand celebrations . Anupama is so pleased when Pari arrives and she misses Rahu . To her surprise Prem n Rahi arrive work Goff’s for baan babuji . Anupama and Digvijay feel uncomfortable with Prem as they try to hide their suspicions .
Babuji offers Baa his secret gift of gajra . Baa offers him her secret gift of sugar free cream roll. Both are then urged to cut the cake n they feed eachother n the entire gathering .
Anupama is so pleased to see her children n grand children together . Everyone joins in singing n dancing . Prem n Rahi feel out of place as they sit on the side .
Anupama learns about Rahi’s infertility issue from Pari n she tries to console Rahi. Prem notices them together . She lovingly reassures Rakhi n boosts her morale, advises her with long lecture n asks her to try hard n will surely succeed. She has always fought for what she desired , so this time too she will get what she wanted . Rahi tries to fight her affections for mummy but Anupama showers her with love n reassurances .
