But it's not really romantic or funny, so you guys might think it's boring đ But I tried my best according to my idea. Hope you all like it. :) Sorry again for my hindi, speeling and grammar mistakes. :(
YuvReen OS - Kuch Masti
Saturday. 7:13 pm. Suvreen, Yuvraj, Annie and Rathi were sitting outside the girl's hostel and chit-chatting about almost everything. Why not chit-chat about everything? After all, they were all close friends now. Wondering why Naro and Mannu were not with them at that time? Yes, you got it right. The love birds have gone out as it was their 3rd month's anniversary.
The grasses were very small and soft that made it comfortable for them to sit on them. It was already dark and a half moon could be seen in the dark sky along with uncountable sparkly stars. A circle could be called in the way they all sat just to make sure that everyone was facing each other. Apparently, Yuvraj was next to Suvreen.
"samajh mein hi nehi aata ki yeh ladkiya itni confusing kyun hoti hai" said Rathi with an annoyed expression and Suvi and Annie shot dagger looks at him. "Arre tum log nahi..kuch ladkiyo ke bare mein kehra huâŚ.âŚkal us Anita ko date ke liye poocha..usne haa bhi bola..aur aaj kehti hai ki 'nehii tumne toh kabhi bhi date ke liye nehi pucha..stay away from me'..nautanki kahin ki.." blurted out an angry Rathi.
Yuvi, Suvi and Annie chuckled while Yuvi commented, "lagta hai uss Anita ki yaddash kamzor hai..aur sun..yeh sab karke tujhe koi achi ladki nehi milne wali..tu use janta bhi nehi hai aur date ke liye puch liya?" Suvreen agreed with Yuvi. After all, how could you like someone or love them if you don't even know how they are?
"par mujhe toh Anish chahiye..Anish Anish Anish!" Annie got hyper and it was now usual to Suvreen, Yuvraj and Rathi.
"Yeh ..aur iska Anish" said Yuvi shaking his head.
"Main aur meri..Anita" said Rathi smiling foolishly.
"Main aur meri Laila" said Yuvi adding to their stupidity. He said it out like a majnu of laila. He noticed Suvi was quiet and asked her, "Oye topper..hum sab ne eke k kar ke kehdiya..ab tu bol.."
"Kya bolun??" Suvi narrowed her eyes at him.
"tu aurâŚtera Mr. Right?? Kaun he haan??" asked Yuvi winking and Annie and Rathi giggled.
"smch..koi nehi" answered Suvi carelessly.
"pata haiâŚSuvi ne DPSC se ane se pehle kabhi ladko ke as paas hi nahi gayi..toh Mr. Right toh abi bhi bohottt dur ki baat hai.." Annie added and laughed. Suvi looked at her angrily and Annie immediatelt mouthed "Sorry" saying, "yar hum dost hai sab..yeh sab toh chalta hi hai na.." Suvi thought for few seconds and nodded her head.
"waise Suvreen..tujhe abhi kissi se bhi pyaar vyaar nehi hai kya??" asked an interested Rathi. Yuvi instantly looked up at Suvi's face.
Suvi quickly replied, "Nehiii." and then suddenly met Yuvi's eyes that held something else other than the usual cheekiness. It was something he couldn't figure out. She was still staring at him when Rathi's cell phone rang and YuvReen eyelock broke. Yuvi still stole glances of Suvi and Suvi just looked away trying to get rid of the uneasiness.
"HaanâŚâŚ.kya? âŚâŚabhi? âŚâŚâŚ.Acha thik hai.." Rathi got up and pulled Annie up too and Annie, Yuvraj and Suvi had a confused expression.
"kya hua Rathi?? Kaha ja rahe ho?? Aur Annie ko saath mein kyun le jaa rahe ho??" asked Suvi. Rathi told them that he had to prepare the list of the cultural events and all and Annie had promised him that she'll help him. Rathi and Annie left leaving Suvi and Yuvi in their awkward situation.
"Tu sach mein kisiko pasand nehi karti?" asked Yuvi sounding a bit serious. Suvi was surprised a lot by his question. Why would he want to know that??
"Nehi..kyun?"
"kyun ki tu ajkal khoyi khoyi rehiti hai naâŚisliye..pyar ka kuch signs bhi dikhai de raha hai tujh mein.." said Yuvi and giggled winking at her. Suvi and pyaar? Did she really love someone?? Nope. She doesn't know it herself then how can she?? Thought Suvi.
"tum aur tumhari bakwaasâŚ.aadat si hogayi hain mujhe..varna tumhari baato ka mujhpe asar kuch aur hota." Replied Suvi.
Yuvi just ignored what she said and then a small awkward silence session started. Suvi decided to break it.
"tumhe pata hai..tumhari shaadi mein main tumhe kya gift karungi?" asked Suvi with a sly smile and Yuvi could clearly see that she was in a jokester mood. However, he liked it and was also interested in it.
"nehi..kya gift karegi?? Books?" asked Yuvi as he chukled. Suvi kept smiling and nodded her head in a "no".
"Bohooot sara Petrol!! tumhari Laila ki future ke liye" Suvi laughed making Yuvraj laugh too.
"Main Laila se thodi na shaadi karunga"
Suvi answered between laughing, "haan janti hoon..toh kisse karoge shaadi??"
"umm..pata nahi.."
"kisi ladki ko bhi pasand nehi karte tum?"
"nehiiâŚaisi koi ladki mili hi nahi jo mere dil pe raaz kar sake.." Suvi liked his honest answer.
"Ohh" said Suvi and started to look at the sky again.
"Waise Suvreen" Yuvraj was getting in a different mood which Suvreen failed to notice.
"hmm" she answered still looking at the sky.
"ab tu kiskiko pasand nehi karti..main bhi nehi karta..toh.." he stopped looking at her.
"toh?" she asked still not looking at him.
"toh hum dono ek dusre ko date kyun nahi karte?" Yuvi said it super-fast and Suvi's eyes widened as soon as she realized what he said. She immediately turned to Yuvi with her eyes popping out and Yuvi had a smile on his face.
"haan?" Suvi said it really slowly with her same expression.
"Haan SuvreenâŚ.hum dono eksath..ekdam perfect!!" Suvi was getting the biggest shock of her life. Yuvi..the Yuvraj Singh is saying all this?? She just couldn't utter a word.
Yuvi started to get closer to Suvi while she was moving to the other side. "TopperâŚroz subha main tujhe good morning beautiful kehke jagaunga..phir hum ek saath hostel se college ayenge...aur phir college ke baad hum har roz date pe jayenge..kahin dur..jaha sirf tu aur main..aur koi nahinâŚ" Suvi's heartbeat kept increasing and increasing hearing Yuvi's every single word. On the other hand, Yuvi just kept on smiling and talking about their future as a couple.
Yuvi came even more closer and said, "aur phir hum jab shaadi karne ke layek ho jayenge..tab ek chota..nehi nehi bada sa ghar basayenge..aur waha hum dono rahenge..aur haanâŚek important baat toh bhul hi gayaâŚshaadi ke baad roz subha main tujhe ek kiss ke saath uthaunga.." Yuvi was still looking deeply into her eyes and smiling slightly. Suvreen gulped hearing all these. Yuvraj and shaadi?? That too with Suvi?? What?!?!?!?! And then she realized that he just said he'll wake her up with a kiss..wait what?! Thinking about that invoked such a strange sensation inside her. She looked at Yuvi quizzically and shocked. She decided to say something.
"yehâŚâŚyeh..sab tum..kyaâŚkehre ho?" Her words got stuck in her throat every other second.
"yeh sab âŚyeh sab toh humare future ka trailer tha topper.." replied Yuvi. Future..with YuviâŚCan she really have a good one?? They always fought with each other..then? She was in extreme shock and confusion now. She glanced at Yuvi and after sometime Yuvi broke into laughter leaving Suvi even more confused.
"hahahaha Topper..tu ne sab kuch seriously le liyaâŚhahaha.." Yuvraj couldn't stop laughing at all. Suvi's mouth opened wide when she realized that he was just joking.
"tumâŚtum yeh sabâŚmazak karrehe the??" asked Suvi fuming in anger and ready to kill him right then and there.
"haanâŚhaha..tere iss shakal dekhne ke liye..hahaha..tujhe apni shakal dekhni chahiye thi jab mai wo sab kuch kehraha thaâŚhahaha" Yuvi continued to laugh making Suvi even more angry.
"aisa Mazak? Mere saath?? Ughh!!!" She sat up on her knees and started to hit him on the arm.
"aaww..Topper! kya karrehi hai?" Yuvi complained when Suvi was hitting him on the arm, head and taking her anger out like a kid. Yuvi tried to avoid it with his hand but in vain. However, her smacking him wasn't that bad, thought Yuvi. It didn't even hurt him. In fact, it was fun to him. At one point, they started laughing. That's how they were. First fight and then again somehow nobody knew when they were normal again, not even them.
It was almost time to return to their hostels and as they walked by themselves to their hostels, they thought of each other. Suvi thought about the things he said, just as a joke. Somewhere in her heart she wished they were true.
But little did she know that they were going to be true someday, because after all they were destined to be together.
