A new beginning 2
The House was filled with happiness
Rano could not believe that the darkness that grazed over her and her daughter was no more there but then there was a fear too she knew Kuldeep and Brij will definitely try to do something
Rano's tensed face was not missed by Abhimanyu he was there to see Geet but the moment his eyes laid on rano he was worried
Kya baat hai Rano ji aap bahut pareshan lag rahi hai
Rano just looked at Abhi
This was the first time she was meeting him the one who saved her and her daughter
Rano just tried to nod her head in negative
Abhor just smiled
Aap humse kuch na chupaye please we are like family now

Rano just smiled and tried to mumble something

But at that very momen maan entered and said

But then maan told him that was what rano Ma was trying to tell him
Abhimanyu looked at his devil little surprised his son understood what Rano wanted to say he was proud of him
his maan was certainly changed
Abhimanyu looked at rano and immediately said
I am asking your daughter for my Maan please na mat kahiye ga
Hum use pehle hi apna man chukey hai
Rano was more than happy to hear it from Abhimanyu's mouth
Even she has imagined Maan for geet
Though they both are still adolescents
But still somewhere her heart knew they belonged together
Rano nodded her head out of happiness the movement in her neck was little but this was the first time it moved little freely
Abhimanyu just looked at her with happiness
He noticed the little movement in rano's neck and was more than happy he mentally made a note of getting her check up done from a nice doctor
Maan just looked at them little baffled not making sense of any of the words his father spoke
He goes and settled beside geet who was still asleep

It was late night everyone retired to their room Rano was shifted in her old room
Dadi took a room by her side she snd Rano mingled immediately
Daadi found a friend and daughter both in Rano
Abhimanyu settled himself in a large room he pretty much made sure his everything was settled it was in his home
Though he was little sceptical about his decision to stay at Handa Haveli but then it was the only way to keep them safe and seeing everyone happy he was sure the decision was a right one at least for the time being
And As soon as his work would be done here they all will leave for Delhi
With those plans he retired to his sleep
Maan made himself comfortable in the room next to Geet's
Though he has insisted on staying with her in the same room
But his dad and daadi has strictly said a no
So he finally agreed to settle in the room beside Geet's so that he can stay as near to her as possible
The past incident has really made him a paranoid and Abhi did not liked his possessiveness
It was past midnight now
Geet has almost slept for the whole day
The medicines were too strong for her weak body and that's why she felt drowsy and slept for the maximum hours
It did worried Maan a bit but when rano convinced him that she was fine
He understood and retired for his room
He was tired himself and a good sleep really sounded as a nice option
It was only at the later part of the night when geet's eyes fluttered open
The effect of the medicines were finally getting over
And she was finally waking up
But the moment she opened her eyes
She found herself alone in the room which was filled with darkness as everyone had retired to their rooms
She was scared as the new environment doesn't seemed known to her
She tried getting up from the bed her weak body didn't helped her much somehow still she managed to get down the bed
But her legs became shaky and she collapsed on the floor within mins
She was really scared she cried a lot nothing came in her mind except her Maan and so she screamed his name but her continuous crying made her throat dry and the scream just came out as whisper
She sobbed helplessly as she mumbled maan's name
Maan was still not asleep
He was feeling weird and nothing seemed right at that moment
The moment he closed his eyes the sight of brij trying to strangle his Geet came in front him
He woke up restlessly
He looked at the watch which showed it was 2 am in the morning
Geet must be sleeping
He thought as he lay back on the bed
And tried to sleep
But again a sight of lifeless Geet lying on the ground passed through his closed eyes
He hated the mere thought
And just got up and decided to have a look at his angel
The room was still dark as Maan turned the knob of the door silently
He entered her room and really quietly took his steps towards her bed
So that he would not disturb her
But as he took few steps he hit something on the floor and landed over it
Geet screamed a little out of fear as she felt someone falling on her
Maan instantly got up from her as he tried to quieten geet who was frightened and was crying continuously

It was only when he pulled her in his arms that she relaxed
Maan geet said between her sobs
As she wrapped her arms around his neck and hugged him
Maan hugged her back and held her in his arms
Maan tum mujhe chod ke matt jaya karo na
Mujhe bahut darr lagta hai geet said still sobbing in his arms
Maan picked her up and made her lay on the bed
Main yahi hoon geet
Tum ghabrao mat
Pata hai maan yaha kitna andhera tha mein darr gayi thi kahi aap sab mujhe chod ke toh nahi chale gaye
Mein yahi hoo geet
Mein tumhein chod ke kahi nahi ja sakta aur kabhi nahi ja sakta
Sach maan geet said as she lifted her eyes and looked into his
Haan geet sach
Toh Vada karo ki aaj se aap yahi mere kamre mein soiye ga
Maan chuckled a bit on her demand
Maan she smacked him lightly when she saw him laugh
Please maan mujhe akele bahut darr lagta hai tears
threatened to fall down her eye lashes while she said so
Shh geet mein vada karta hoon aaj se mein humesha yahi sone aaya karunga

She hugged him dearly yet again and kissed his cheek gently
Maan smiled and laid beside her and wrapped her in his arms
She lovingly laid her head on his chest and drifted off to sleep instantly
Hearing the soothing heartbeats
Maan kissed her forehead lovingly and drifted with her in the sleep
