Haven't seen Paa yet, but I think based on the reviews Shahid and Amitabh Bachchan will split the popular and critics awards (don't know who'll get which one). Both were praised for their performances by the critics the most this year.

Apart from that no one else on this list I think stands a chance or deserves the awards either.

Edit: My third choice would have been Abhay in Dev D. But realistically speaking the chances of him getting nominated are slim to none.

John for NY, Ranbir was awesome in APKGK and WUS and Amithabh have got loads of praise for his role in Paa havent seen it yet cant wait to watch it i think Amithabh also have a big chance to win...

On India forums, are we serious? Its like having a poll on a shahid forum about who deserves best actor 😆

On this forum, Shahid's kaminey was ranked above Saif's Langda Tyagi in Omkara as well, so is there any point of having a poll for best actor? 😆

id rly rly wat shahid to win it for kaminey, he was amazing

i havent seen Paa yet but from wut im hearing Big B did great

i wud hope the awards are split this year and shahid and Big B both get them.

also i just saw Dev D and abhay deol was frickin awesome!!! although knowning bollywood he wont get the award but he deserves it as muc as shahid n big b
