They lost credibility long back. They were shortsighted too. With BMS,showing Hourly trends,Sacnilk,giving detailed charts,who would believe BOI's opaque pronouncements! Many handles giving PIC numbers,it is easy to calculate . South gives the required numbers from their centres.
