Once Ash Anna mentioned when he was there in csk last yr he noticed it's Flem who take major decisions he is not letting Rutu to take decisions independently Ms wanted Rutu to grow as a captain so he has given him complete independence so he didn't interfere but Flem is not letting this to happen....
