He needs to trust his batting yaar, captaincy should make you strong not weak in mind, Gill is a captain, he is scoring, even HP is doing his best, Ishan was amazing in captaincy, I do not watch much RCB's matches but I think RP is also doing good and even parag is sticking to his strength, captain is supposed to absorb pressure not create it for the sake of absorbing it. That is the issue he was so good as a opener few yrs but from last two three years he is struggling he did well in last odi he is doing better in domestic too here captaincy pressure he is struggling...
