plus salar scolding saba for being housewife was so nice to see. it was so irritating to see his sister & mother tell him to coax saba, like whats the point of being educationally qualified if she wants her man to take care of her desires solely?

frankly speaking, from the way i've seen my cousins study in india (i grew up abroad so entirely different experience in comparison to them), it was a co-ed experience for them. yes, there are all-girls and all boys colleges too but their pre-college experience was different. undergraduate was co-ed.
I too think the same. Specially that this college has girls only. And the college for Bachelors has both the sexes.

I think that is a Pakistani thing. In several dramas, the girls in degree colleges wear that school (at least by Indian standards) uniform. Even in Rang Mahal, it was the same.
So after finishing such college they can get work as secretary or something like that? They can also go to university for Bachelor and master degrees?

Yes. But maybe coz Pakistan is an Islamic country they prefer seperating girls from boys. Here in Yemen too we study seperately in pre_ collage. Only after completing the 12th class boys and girls study togather in collage.

Was it me or was the car scene a golden treat to observe after some episodes?
It was such a cute bantering to see. Discussing where to place the moon was so fun lol.
Even the restaurant scene was nice to have Sitara and Salar about securing her educational future as a guise towards marriage since Salar's parents won't really agree for their union.
This is the calm before storm. Now both Sitara and Salar had a good last meeting where they were discussing if moon is hot or cold.. where to place it and if they bring sky to earth to fullfil their stubborness will it be good of it? I tried to understand the underline message in their discussion.. I feel like they were talking about those dreams of Sitara which seem far from reality, was she hinting at bringing Salar (sky , moon) to her life ( earth) and that she is afraid she may lose him due to her stubborness as he belongs to another world and won't adjust. For this she wanted him to stay away from her problems and her family. She asked him to ignore every call from her family.

I am impressed at the level of comfort and compatibility these two have with each other. That is a writing very well written and a drama very well acted. I genuinely feel that this is Salar's first love. The way he is completely unable to recognize his own feelings tells me that he has never felt like this for any other person and is so unable to recognize and name these new sensations. The way he was grinning like an idiot in the car, the way his eyes softened on seeing Sitara and could not leave her.
From Sitara's side, I think it has more to do with the fact that Salar was protecting her and she was beginning to get used to that protection. I think she will need a lot of time to be in a place where she would be falling in love.
Finally Salar and Sitara returned to their old friendship days where they used to discuss their matters, and care for eachother. But this time after realising how much their friendship means for each of them, and with much respect for eachother. Salar looks at Sitara with lots of pride when she talked about her plans after finishing her staudies. He sure was comparing her with Sahiba who had everything in her life yet wasn't willing to depend on her own self, and wants a rich husband to fullfil her wishes.
Sitara saw how responsible Salar is.. and realised that it became a habit for her to depend on his protection. She wanted to tell him about Salman.. but stopped her self because she knew he won't stay silent. She wanted the best for him, she wanted to release him from her problems so that he can focus on his dreams and his own life. She wasn't selfish. But when Salar comes to know that she hid Salman's proposal he won't be happy with her. He'll try to stop it .

What I meant is that Sitara is already in bachelors. She just happens to be studying at a government run girls college which requires their students to use uniform. She is possibly in the third and final year (I am assuming that it is a three year degree). In many Pakistani government run universities, there are affiliated girls colleges and Sitara's college seems to be one of them. If you google up, say, Karachi girls government college uniform, you will get several images of girls colleges at a bachelors level (for example, Sir Syed Government Girls College at Karachi) and their uniform is same as Sitara's. So I am assuming that this white salwar kameez uniform is a government girls college thing in Pakistan. As for secretarial and such work, they need at least a bachelors out here in India and Pakistan. Also for further clue, look at Nimmi and Kiran. Both do not go college. That is because they are older and have already completed their college degree and are now looking for suitable matches. Another clue is that Zohaib, while clearly younger than Sitara, can drive so he has to be at the minimum 18 years old. That is school completion level age already. Sitara is stated to be older, so no way can she be in Intermediate college right. She is already in Bachelors and is near to completing her degree soon as her final exams are coming up.

I don’t think Sitara is fully aware of her love yet.
I do think the writer was referring to Salar as Chand and Sitara as earth.
Sitara the character was just saying she doesn’t dream big. But I do think it’s possible Salar was intentionally using Chand/Earth analogies to refer to them. He was encouraging her to expect more between them and to believe he was attainable.

I think the discussion has nothing to do with Salar from Sitara’s side. It was a general discussion where she was talking about her sweet little dreams and also being practical.
