Objectively perhaps DZ is the best film amongst these. But Ashoka truly deserves to be lauded for how historical movies should be made without inflamatory rhetoric. With respect to scholarship, and a lack of caricatures.

It is the best historical Bollywood has ever produced. Second only to maybe Junoon and Shatranj Ke Khiladi.

I promise you that when it's Aamir's turn, Lal Singh Chaddha is going to be removed DAY ONE. Don't dunk on Dunki when your own star's last film was a box office DISASTER. He couldn't even net a Filmfare nomination, so panned was his acting and production.
