Pari's culpability in bigamy scam

I didn't see this show rom beginning so I am not aware of the intricacies of the storyline. But I do wonder: if Pari knew that she was married to Rajiv and stood by allowing Neeti to marry him, is she also culpable in the crime of bigamy? Is this a crime? It seems to me it might be. Ca it be seen as some type of fraud or straight up bigamy if she willingly went along with the crime? Just curious about the law

She didn't allow Neeti to marry him. She only gound out about the marriage after Neeti became pregnant. She thought Sanju and Rajeev were 2 different people.

Rajeev-Pari got married due to his mom & Rajeev greed. Rajeev wanted freedom out of village life he wants a modern life & Gurinder wants Pari's father's land & her lost name & fame in the village. So his mom blackmail him into marrying Pari on the other side Rakesh was forcefully marrying Pari. Both the situations merge together unknown to Pari & her family of Rajeev-Gurinder plan PariRaj got married.

Rajeev fell in love with Neeti at first sight & before PariRaj marriage he did went to Neeti's house for marriage proposal but she rejected him & insulted him thats because she wanted to pursue her air hostess studies its her dream. PariRaj marriage happens after Neeti rejection. Neeti does not know his name when Rajeev went to her house to ask her hand in marriage

PariRaj got married & he left Pari the next day of marriage lied to her that he will comeback and run to Chandigarh. Due to Rajeev & his mother Pari had to go through some tough times in village and she lost her father too. She waited for Rajeev but he never came thus she made a decision to find him in Chandigarh

In Chandigarh somehow Rajeev met Neeti again and to woo her again he changed his name to Sanju. He was a married man everyone knows him and his marriage with Pari he does not want any of Pari family members to find him or Pari to find him he changed his name from Rajeev Bajwa to Sanju Mehra. He had an affair with Neeti and Neeti doesn't know that the man who claims to love her and she has fallen in love is Rajeev her best friend husband. One incident Rakesh goons kidnaps Pari & Rajeev runs to save her leaving Neeti. Another incident to protect Pari from Rakesh & his goons,Neeti got hurt and was in criticial condition both Rajeev and Pari get to know individually. Its this incident Rajeev pleading the doctor to save Neeti as she is his wife & love. Pari got to know that Rajeev cheated her with her best friend Neeti that Sanju is Rajeev as she listen to Rajeev's conversation with the doctor. She was heartbroken & became cold towards Rajeev which made Rajeev suspect that she might know the truth of Rajneeti

Taiji wedding anniversary and they plan a remarriage of the couple at the same the elders wanted PariRaj to remarry. Its this occassion that Pari expose Rajeev betrayal in their marriage & his marriage with Neeti. Pari sacrifice Rajeev to Neeti as she can't live anymore in this marriage & Rajeev loves Neeti her best friend . She gets to know Rajeev did not love her he only loved Neeti. She did not want to live in a loveless marriage and walk away from the marriage and she leaves Rajeev & Bajwa zoo. She wants to tell Neeti the whole truth but than she gets to know that Neeti is pregnant another shock for her than the doctor advise her that Neeti is severely injured on her brain she is fine but she can loose her life if any shocking news comes to her.
