Guys, that organization has decided to "take me back" and "give me one last chance".


Should I go back to them?


Or move on and find a new job?

I think the reason for suspending/firing you is rubbish

Or you want another job?

What did they say when they talked to you about rejoining

If their reasoning is satisfactory you can think about it otherwise the organisation ia a bit dodgy

Go back to them... And meanwhile start looking for a new job. As soon as u find a new one resignation fenk ke maaro unke muh pe.

I second this^ Minty. Keep trying for a bigger & better opportunity and jaise hi miley kuch achha just tell your present company a goodbye! 

But next time se be cautious while interacting with your colleagues!

It's much easier to look for a new job when you have a job in your hand. 


Also, maybe don't post information about your job on the internet with identifying information. These things show up on background checks ðŸ˜†
