Toshu is apparently having a secret affair like Sanjana.

So I always try to message Ketki on IG whenever the episode is BS and I am frustrated. I did the same to express my disappointment that now Anu will go back to Shah House, only Anu is capable of handling the baby, where is Anu’s mother, brother, Mukku and Devika and yada yada yada…… and she asks me why I am still watching the show? I told her that I like Rupali thats why I am watching but I am disappointed with the story. She didn’t reply after that but it makes me think are we audience even important if the PH asks why are we still watching instead of saying “sorry we will do better”. They do not care.

You are right . Seems like kinjal ko full body anaesthesia diya hoga. Spinal anaesthesia nahi. Sirf anupama ki importance dikhane ke liye khade khade gadthuthi part dikha diya ho aisa lagta hai waise bhi writer ko kisi bhi sensitive issue ko handle karna nahi aata hai.

Delivery ke time general anaesthesia is super rare. Many reasons for this. First is the child will be affected by the anaesthesia and would not be able to cry, which means it can't breathe immediately. That itself includes many risks. Also general anaesthesia ke time pe doctors have to test various vitals like CBC, thyroid, airway etc so that anaesthesia ke side effects bahot minimum ho.

Exactly. Pregnancy mai unconscious hona bahot risky hota hai.
