Speculation around a possible cast change in Seher Hone Ko Hai has been gaining attention ever since reports suggested that lead actress Rishita Kothari may exit the show following its upcoming leap. Amid the rumours, television actress Ashi Singh has now responded to claims that she is set to take over the lead role.

During a conversation with Telly Masala, Ashi was asked about reports linking her to the show. Reacting playfully to the question, she said, “Let's not talk about the rumours guys.”

The actress further addressed the speculation and added, “Agar main Seher bani ya ban sakti ya kuch bhi aisa hoga to aap logon ko pata chal hi jayega.” However, she made it clear that there is currently no truth to reports claiming she is replacing Rishita Kothari.

Ashi directly denied the ongoing buzz and stated, “Filhaal aisa kuch bhi nahi hai, let me break it clear.” When questioned about whether she had been approached by the makers or was in discussions regarding the role, she firmly dismissed the possibility.

Speaking about how she reacted after seeing the reports online, Ashi revealed that she came across the news while casually browsing social media. She said her immediate response was simply, “Acha, okay.”

The actress explained that she has been occupied with a demanding work schedule and has barely had time to process the rumours. Referring to her hectic routine, Ashi shared, “Jo insaan 5 din se so nahi raha, aaj sirf 2 ghanta ki neend le k directly aaya hai aur aisa sab chal raha hai. Us beech mein aisa react karne ka time mila nahi mujhe.”

Meanwhile, reports about Rishita Kothari's alleged departure continue to fuel discussion among viewers. The show is reportedly preparing for a leap, which could introduce significant changes to the storyline and cast.
