There was never a "right time". Because a film like Kashmir Files will always be opposed by a certain section of society.

The first step to justice is present the unfiltered truth. The second is for that truth to be acknowledged. And the third is apologizing.

To all the members of this forum, keep your caste, religion, nationality (whether you're Indian or an NRI or a South Asian or have roots in South Asia) aside. We all owe an apology to the Kashmiri Pandits for not knowing the truth and for not acknowledging it.

I dare you to show me one post where I have "barked" as you put it " Hindu terrorist". You will not find any because I never said anything of that sort

Secondly, do you think that a government that has been elected for the welfare of the civilians of this country and innocent people "redeeming" for crimes that they DID NOT COMMIT is the same thing? seriously? Do you know what redemption even means?

I tagged people who were involved in that discussion. When I said liberals barking about Hindu terrorists, I wasn't referring to you. But if you're still convinced that liberals don't go barking, name calling "Hindu terrorists", I'm afraid I can't help you any further.

I didn't say that the government's welfare actions and the people of that community's support would be the same thing! You appear to be having difficulty understanding what is being said.

Again. show me where i said "liberals don't go barking, name-calling "Hindu terrorists". Do Not put words in my mouth

If you want to debate, might I suggest you do it like a mature individual rather than twisting people's words

Not one Muslim has supported this movie.

They would rather side with their religion, than lend their support to the genocide victims.

That’s not true. Many Kashmir Muslims have supported the movie and are sad that things happened the way it did.

Not true many muslims have seen the movie and have appreciated it, quite a few of my friends and colleagues have seen it.

Quite a number of Muslim lives were lost in the genocide too.

Actually many of the so called liberals who are Hindus are having a problem with it and are instigating muslims that the movie paints muslim in a black light.

@bold — that’s the crux. Hardcore leftists are rattled. They are losing the narrative and their superiority. It’s become power game for them.

Liberals often question what the government has done; why can't people ask what the genuine one's in the muslim community have done for redemption for evil deeds of people of their community, and why don't they speak out with the zeal required to oppose the culprits and support the victims?

Because they want to live and want safety of their family members.

The biggest take away from TKP for me is that,

KPs didn’t become terrorists. They didn’t take up arms and become violent even after facing genocide and an exodus.

This is the lesson that the likes of Barkha and Return to hades need to learn. They humanize terrorists and try to rationalize terrorism by bringing in “factors”. Well there are no factors. If you don’t want to become terrorists, you don’t. Simple! And KPs set that example brilliantly. The community fled their homes, faced terrible things and yet worked hard to settle and better their living wherever they went. That shows strength and resilience. I applaud them.

At the same there is one more opinion that says The Kashmir Files is just Tip of Iceberg, Genocide was far worse.

The whole film was just a small trailer of the whole Genocide
