Akshara is such an irritating female lead

The base line of the plot family vs pyaar doesn't make any sense.The entire 100 episodes have been about family jaap for no reason. Goenka family doesn't even consist of a lot of people. Kairav, akshara, aarohi are of young generation allowed to take decisions on their behalf from day 1. I clearly remembered in first episode Manish told if ladke apne aap pasand kar liye hai toh bata do, aajkal bache apne aap pasand kar lete hai.

Manish, swarna, ag, Mimi are all dada par dada ke age ka. Kids obviously need to settle with someone as these old people are not here to stay forever like immortal species and after that they will need someone to spend their life with. So to show that I want to satisfy these elderly people that's why I'll compromise my love till the end of life is plainly stupid. "my family comes first, they'll get hurt if i marry the love of my life"- is Akshara's thought process, does she think their hurt will be as the same level as the partner they are going to make suffer by compromising their love? Why would Akshara's family have been hurt if she wanted to do love marriage with abhimanyu?

Even after the fiasco swarna and mimi were completely fine with everything that happened. Only manish and ag had a problem and they too agreed.

Akshara's family jaap is so annoying and for no reason..she is one irritating female lead...doesn't even have anything good in her or interesting to watch...

Akshara is one oversmart yet idiot character....always wanting to please others... And today bursted at abhimanyu and created a scene without even asking his perspective on this....he never agreed to the proposal still bashed him...she always has to show she is mahaan and family family... I do get why aarohi gets so irritated by Akshara because of her desire to show herself as mahaan...

This female lead has no charm or standard like the previous two seasons. Original akshara was also family oriented but she was headstrong. She didn't take stupid decisions like giving up your love for your sister or to create tamasha when it's not required. She was calm yet fierce.

Naira was a force. Even her mahanta used to look nice

Idk why I don't like this season's akshara at all. Pranali's acting is making it even more irritating

In today episode I thought abhi was more worried abt bp’s health Thn akshu.😆

And her family jaap n I don’t want love like this is getting on my nerves nowadays.😡

She is upset and its more to do with her family than abhi, but she is right what manish asked of Abhi is wrong

I love Pranali

I have seen 1st season and Hina and Akshara both started off as weak and both got stronger over time. Acting and Character both.

I have not seen season 2 so cannot comment.

I am enjoying season 3- I feel Pranali is doing a great job as Akshara. Akshara character arc is not strong enough YET but hopefully it will get better over the time.

But her shyness, bond with varsha, ability to convince vishambar( she convinced him for varsha and shaurya's marriage) the potrayal of a girl who is going to do an arrange marriage- everything was realistic and charming.

Nothing about this akshara is realistic according to today's time or charming.

Season 3 is not that strong. So, I blame makers here! ITV has been going back in time instead of moving ahead

First Akshara had a beautiful and wholly realistic character sketch, throughout I think it proceeded very organically, that first season. Naira had some very irritating traits but overall her character was also forceful and at the same time charming. But this season's Akshu is such a pain, you're right however the story is developed (and it isn't being done well so far), akshu's character has nothing attractive or unique about it. There's nothing I see in her that gives an interest to see where she will go, how her life will shape-up.

Today's overacting, baap re baap! The entire scene was so hollow and ridiculous.

I have noticed that if the scenario or scene isn't convincing she goes OTT. I mean there is an inherent feeling of yeh bakwas karne ko bol rahe hain. It effects the overall performance.

You have to check Barrister Babu, Pranali rocked.

Here when the script and screen play come from the baback end, the director himself is at a loss as to what should be done.

A strong script enhances the characters and over all plot.

The actors and production team's craft and skills is put to test when the story is weak and the characters become inconsistent.

If they falter then trps also won't come. For us fictional characters are human beings playing their respective roles. We need to also relate with them.
