Many tracks were scrapped the most important being Krishna Rao track the person due to whom Raghav lost his father and brother and he entered crime world.

Its just my interpretation that makers changed mandar accident track culprit. The level of guilt Raghav was showing was not normal. He was to be the one through which mandar accident happened.
