So I wanted to express an unpopular opinion...as usual. But I must say Devi really has Mother's instinct and intituation that her child was unwell or there something amiss. That instinct can't come without love and care for the child even if he's not yours. As much as I don't like Devi and her thought process or her manipulation she really loves Shaurya. May be her love isnt unconditional and is controlling but with sense of security and safety in knowing Shaurya is her even if Astha is back will make her see light. Please let me know your thoughts 🙏🙂

Oh ! Well I agree she loves shaurya a lot coz he is her sense of fulfillment

Her love for this kid is very conditional

She wants to make & shape shaurya’s life according to her whims & fancies

As long as shaurya is under her control she is fine with it but the day he steps out all hell will break loose 😆

Let me tell you from my personal experience such women turn out to be most miserable & unhappy and the worst mother in laws 😈

I have one right in my house 🤢

I really fear for Anokhi stepping into this living hell called sabharwal house

She will be walking on eggshells all the time with a double bladed sword hanging over her head & the kind of blind faith shaurya has for Devi 🤢 it is a perfect recipe for a disastrous marriage 🤢

Anokhi can be a gold-digger, seductress but what does staying overnight with Anokhi in his college's hostel say about Shaurya's character. She is willing to pay that price. I can't see Astha ever doing that or any mother putting their Raja beta son in that situation without assessing the truth.

However I cannot deny that she loves him in her own way as long as she can wrap him around her finger. It is interesting that she filled Shaurya's head not only with hatred for Astha but also drew him afar from his father. She rarely intervened when Shaurya spouts nonsense like accusing Shaan of calling media. In other words she wants to be the only person who matters to Shaurya. She is smart enough to know if Shaurya let Shagun go that easily, he had no feelings for her. Look at how desperate he was to stop Anokhi even though you can chalk a lot of that desperation to guilt. When Shaurya returned back with Anokhi, she did not ask where he was and what happened. Her stance was you disappointed me and you have stopped sharing secrets. Only a promise could appease her.

There are things that I don't understand like why she zeroed in on Shaurya instead of Yash. The guy is 30 years old, why does she think she can control him with her lies. If she really loved Shaurya and thought Shaurya loved Shagun, why did she incite Shaurya against Shagun?

Shaurya is the older son and the heir to the next gen I guess given the fact that the Sabharwals are a royal family

Maybe that has got something to do with Dev & Tej wanting shaurya to themselves- “ULTERIOR MOTIVE”

Every single mother of this show is pretty much more aware than their fathers... I wish fathers had some positive role to play...

And so is Devi as mother... She loves Shaurya.. But cannot tolerate Shaurya liking/loving anyone more than her...

Devi was worried about Shaurya for some reason other than actually being worried.. It was more like guilt... Of putting him trouble too...

Coming to mom clans...

Devi and Astha both knows/feels Shaurya loves Anokhi... But one has reacted sooo negatively that she actually brought in ex to break them apart... While other one is probably neutral.. Like jo hona hai ho unn dono ka...

Gayatri... She knows her children and extent to which they can go... But she acts so foolish... I could clearly see that Bebo and Kitty were ready with lipstick and hair done for party and she actually thought they were sleeping? Seriously???? Itni bewakoof??

Rama - She loves her children but there are three different reactions for each of them... She supported one daughter to go ahead fulfill her dreams, she ignored one and got her married into abusive family, and she is covering up crimes for last one... What shade of mother should I appreciate?!!

Fathers of this show are worst at their roles... Shaan shows he cares for Shaurya but moment he has to think of Astha... Shaurya who?

Tej... The real instigator of Shagun halla🤣 is least bothered by what's happening around...
