So there is a possibility of some damages riding on a bike pole by Abhinav ( self claimed Nalla jiju ) 🤣
I wrote this in another thread as well.
I think he was fixing it as a way for stress release. Kind of like after a very stressful hectic day you can unwind by reading a book, solving puzzles, painting drawing — you know anything to create something with your hands and distract your mind elsewhere.
When you focus on a mental task (to make/create) it can act as a stress release. Plus the pride you get in your workmanship after. It’s just a nice feeling - mentally rewarding. There’s no books etc to read or anything else to do so he completed the bike. I could relate to that.
I think compared to the other team, at least this team had a bike but yeah it was not a complete bike and it did not have air in it. So there’s that and those are the specific criteria BB asked for... tough luck for them.
Side note— You can ride a bike without using the seat, it’s called the standing technique or just standing usually. As cyclists we use it to help with climbing and reduce lower back pain on long rides. It’s kind of a necessary technique to learn otherwise you can get saddle soreness. (Our bike shorts are padded as well).
Albeit it’s not an easy technique to learn (it took me a long time to perfect it and still sometimes my knees buckle up).
Anyway just wanted to clear that misconception up — you can ride a cycle without a seat and maybe he is a cyclist so he can. I mean he does go on treks and seems very active so.... yup no damages — well presumably anyway.
