Does Mahesh Bhatt Approve of Alia-Ranbir?

He hasn’t publicly posted about Rishi Kapoors death. He’s posted a lot about Irfan and has posted quite a lot after that about random things ... he even promoted alu bitiya’s I india concert ..... I find it strange, your daughter is pulling all the tricks in the book to get into the Kapoor family - yet Mahesh doesn’t even acknowledge the passing of Rishi (who he has also worked with)..... I wonder is this pseudo intellectual has a problem with the pseudo playboy dating his pseudo actress daughter

After Rishi's death,I think there will be a change..

Forget him..what about Alia's fans..at 27,their only dream is to see her get married to a 38(he will be that by November)year old man.The same fans who were busy telling everyone that after marriage career is over for actresses.

Before they protest I want to ask-how many women they know in their own lives who have married men so old..and if their parents were happy about it.

^ not everyone has to marry younger man like Deepika..its her choice whoever she wants to marry.

Soni and Mahesh totally ignored Rishi-they are part of the film fraternity.Ek tweet toh banta hai for a colleague.

Both tweeted ,RTed and liked many tweets on Irrfan.Most have done that..None of us expected him to have made such a deep impact.It is magical.His eyes made a deep connect.

Back to Chintuji,I see this as a definite slight from the Bhatts.I see a rough road ahead for Ranalia.

Twitter is where one interacts with others.Soni is very active on twitter.It is strange that she didn't post there.Perhaps because mahesh had decided not to..and it would be awkward.

The couple didn't post a tweet on twitter.

It would have not been missed by the media.I am sure they were waiting for it to make headlines .

Anyway,Irrfan and Rishi deaths together was what made Irrfan's legacy ,even more glorious,no big hits,not a film hero-yet loved by all.

Shabana Azmi also posted a condolence message for Irrfan Khan but none for Rishi Kapoor. But she did post a tweet a few months ago when there were rumours of his ill health.

Bottomline is, we should stop reading too much into who posted what on social media. Maybe they were so affected by it, they dealt with it in their own way. They didn't want to post a cursory, performative condolence message like the rest of the world, but that doesn't mean they didn't have feelings and prayers for his departed soul.
