Vikram Ghai pls answer.

Ok, so since we cannot control what's going on in the show right now I thought of making this post.

I wish someone from the team could answer me as to why Ruksar is given so much screen space and why are we repeatedly shoved with bed scenes of Kabeer and Rukara.?

Honestly, I think the humongous screen space given to Ruksar's character has something to do with the actress too.
They have created a horrible horrible character. Fans are bound to feel offended and they would naturally react. The way some of the cast and crew, especially the director trolled the fans was so unprofessional. The day Vikram put up the 'mastani' video, I knew we were for a ride.

A 19yr old Eisha gets life threatening messages for portraying a muslim character on screen. Did we ever see thses people defending her or speaking about it in public? Never. Then why this blatant favouritism towards Shipsy? I'm sure she must have made a huge deal out of it and that made the team react. Eisha clearly knows how to handle criticism and that's why the girl is a star.

Whatever the logic be the screen time given to Ruksar is unfair, more so because they are brushing the actual lead to a corner in doing so.

We have always had villains. Piyush and Gautam were outstanding as Siraj and Meraj respectively. Piyush was the best villain till date in my opinion. But none of them were given such meaty screen space compared to Shipsy (who is comparatively a weak performer)

Adnan and Shipsy lack chemistry on screen, and by chemistry I don't mean being all over each other. Then why such close shots between them? Who is Vikram trying to please? Gautam and Eisha never did scenes with such physical proximity but they had chemistry. And I'm thankful that their scenes were not made overbearing on us.

I would still consider such scenes between Kabeer and Ruksar important, if they were to highlight the ill effects of polygamy or harassment faced by men. But unfortunately they will brush it under the carpet just the way they did it when Kabeer was almost raped by Ruksar. So why are such scenes with such length and details forced on the viewers?

I have been watching the show on and off even since the ridiculous Dubai nikkah. But keep hoping to resume watching it because I love Adnan and Eisha. They create magic on screen. But unfortunately the makers are killing the show and ignoring the hardworking leads for their love for Ruksar/ Shipsy.

Mr. Ghai if u ever come across this post ( which is unlikely ) I'm sorry for calling you out in public, but as a fan I have every right to point out my displeasure with the show and the content.

Most of us here echo the same thoughts! I was going to write an open letter to the team after seeing how disappointed everyone was after the ridiculous epi! As well as the spoilers and upcoming segments show no sign of doing away with Rukhsar! Thank you for writing this. I honestly believe that viewers have the right to express their opinions because after all a show is made to entertain viewers. I think they shouldn't forget that we are the customers. It's not easy to make a show that is loved by audiences so when CV's have this opportunity they should be open to constructive criticism. We as viewers obviously want the show to progress and be successful so when we say we don't want to watch something it means that we don't want it. When people are openly stating their opinion CV's should reflect on what is going wrong and fix it. Real life is already full of a whole lot of negative things people need to deal with so when we watch something it's a little time to destress but when the show itself turns dark and negative there's no point watching to stress yourself out more. Young Audiences love the lead pair. Adnan and Eisha's acting as well as chemistry is mindblowing. Introducing villain after villian and turning the show creepy is not going to help as it will go the typical cliched Indian stories which are illogical. Honestly this Rukhsar track is outright cheap! If writers are running out of ideas or are having a writers block just browsing our comments will give a million ideas for the progression of the story. If such a wonderful show is going downhill that means everyone's hard work is also being wasted on things we do not want to see. Instead of wasting a whole episode on Rukhsar's obssessive and mentally sick behaviour, I would have been extremely happy with one full episode based just on Zara and Kabir's confrontation, their conversation and their insecurities.

One thing that I find common between Rukhsar and all of us is that we are both obsessed with something. Rukhsar is obsessed with Kabeer and we are obsessed with this show.

Yes it was coming but i never thought like this it would come. I knew sometime it will be that she will come back again and their will be erruption between the leads.
We all knew she will come back but like this, we never thought.


When the leads were getting married, and that laal khat wali rasam ke baad hi. Zara and her mother used the word sauten for her always. Ki is masle ko sauten kehte hain. But that time only i had a thought in the back of my mind ki ye track aayega.
It was hardly 10-12 episodes then so i was not that attached to the show and the leads

With their journey i completely forgot about rukhsar and this sauten thing. Who would have thought that it will come like this atleast not me.

In the segments it is shown that zara is still very insecure of kabeer having second wife.
And that i would say is shown nicely. Even zara dream when rukhsaar was playing thumb game with kabeer. I liked it.
I just hope the track is shifted to zara insecurities but this dumb male lead needs to understand that he needs to do alot before he mends this relation.

God knows dono ko mentos kab bajegi, and they will get on the track of how to nullify the nikkah.
But i guess hamdan alive thing will be the track.
Because shariya board peer sahab sab maan chuke hain that rukhsaar is his wife. So if they now bring annulment then toh ye qazi and peer sahab ki bestee type hogi. The only way out is either she dies or humdaan is alive.

I think more then anything we need answers and clarification. We are hooked on the point that ruksaars iddah is incomplete making this nikah invalid . So all these intimate scenes between ruksaar and kabeer are considered zinna(adultery) which is a huge sin ! How can a mulla who is a community role model be shown in compromising scenes knowing or not? It's unacceptable for a show that revolves around Islam.
Showing kabeer making duaa before the scenes with ruksaar throwing herself at him when she shouldn't even be in a setting like that to begin with because of the doubt of validity of the relationship is an insult to Islam and Muslims as this show is supposed to be representing the difference between custom and religion. For several weeks we have been sitting and waiting but nothing is being done to clarify if the 3monthhs and 25 day iddah accepted was a mistake or not . So resentment is building heavily.
Now we have entered the point of discrespect if you don't know enough about the religion you have absolutely no business making a drama that is representing wrong information to an audience that is influenced by what your showing!

Mr khan being the only Muslim actor on set you should know better! Saying the marriage is invalid in interviews then acting out these disgusting scenes is inexcusable .

I totally understand your sentiments. But we should not rely on it.
One of the segments also said during dubai track that is shaadi ko manyata nai milegi.
But later they got confused or what they have shown it everytime that nikkah is jayaz
So i guess later they might show a flash back where she says 4months and 25 days
Its no big deal for them. Its a mistake on their side. Imagine if this happens alot of people will be angry.
They are not even close to bringing this track to end.

This track will end up again in kidnapping and guns and pistols and gundey.

And that ig post of vikram, defending rukhsaar was the most dumb thing a director could do

I genuinely thought that with this nikaah information coming out.
Ayesha reema imran kabeer ko sunanyenge but nothing happend.

Alina bhi time paas karti hai.
She fears marriage because of what her brother has done with zara.
Kabeer ko koi sunata kyun nai hai. Alina ko bolna chaiye apne bhai ko, i mean would these ahmesd have accepted if this would have happen with alina.
Kya kabeer kuch nai karta tab

And even if things are trying to sort out in the leads now but zara should not take her khula back till rukhsaar chapter is over.
Khula ki talwaar ab kabeer par honi chaiye jaise talaq ka darr zara par tha
Ek vajah dedi jayaz to bas she is gone out of his life.

I dont understand people on twitter, they love kabeer so much that all they do is justify his doings.
