When he was alive , he spent most of his time near the pond ..Even after his death , he was unwillingly made to come to the Pool side no matter how much he wished to stay by his love Sharanya- for whom he always claimed that True love has brought him back - He has returned for his true love - he thinks it's for Sharanya
What if Shiv didn't try to evoke the memories of Sharanya - For almost 50+ episodes Sharanya didn't even have a feeling of missing someone/something or didn't try to research on her past .If left that way,she would have happily lived with Vyom
